Basically, I have a Gloom in Emerald and am wondering what level I should evolve it on. It's currently 29. Is there any move worth waiting for or should I just go for it instantly?

I know it can evolve into two different Pokemon and I have a leaf stone, but I'm not far enough in game yet to get the sun stone (I plan on getting it though). Is Vileplume a good Pokemon to use throughout the game or Bellossom really the better of the two?

At Level 35 Gloom Learns Moonlight and At Level 44 It Learns Petal dance....
And If you find a Sunstone and Evolve the Gloom into a Bellossom...At Level 55 It Learns....SOLARBEAM.
I would Go for the Bellossom Since Vileplume Only Learns Petal Dance After Evolving.
