Fullmoon Island
DESCRIPTION -
Like the Newmoon Island that neighbors it, Fullmoon Island is an Island in northern Sinnoh. It's a small Island, mostly taken up by a dense forest. There is, however, a lake shaped like a cresent moon - probably how the Isand got its name - in the center. Whereas the inhabitant of Newmoon Island is said to cause nightmares, the sole resident of Fullmoon Island is said to protect people form nightmares, with the use of a particular item that is said to be found here.
LOCATION -
Fullmoon Island is located in northwestern Sinnoh.
PEOPLE -
Not a single human resides here, unless one counts the sailor that ferries people here from Canalave City.
RESOURCES/EVENTS/PLACES OF INTEREST -
The Island is, according to legend, the home of a legendary Psychic-type pokemon, that is said to help ward off nightmares. Could the legend be true?
MYTH/LORE -
Cresselia, a legendary Psychic-type pokemon, is rumored to reside here. In times of conflict involving Darkrai, she is said to appear. Cresselia also possesses the Lunar Wing, which is said to ward off nightmares.
