Jubilife City
DESCRIPTION -
Jubilife City, or "the City of Joy", is the largest and most modernized city in the Sinnoh region. The entire city is built on land carved out of a mountain by the residents of the neighboring Oreburgh City. There are many distinctive buildings in Jubilife City, including the TV station, the Poketch Company, the Trainers' School, and one of the most important establishments in the region, the Global Trade Station, which allows trainers to trade Pokemon with anyone across the entire world.
LOCATION -
The city is located in southwestern Sinnoh, with routes connecting on all sides of the city. There is Route 202 to the south, Route 203 to the east, Route 204 to the north, and Route 218 to the west.
PEOPLE -
The people of Jubilife are always on the go, busy as Combee bustling around the big city. They normally don't pay any mind to outsiders, though that certainly doesn't make them unfriendly.
RESOURCES/EVENTS/PLACES OF INTEREST -
Pokemon Center / Mart: - As with most cities and towns in Sinnoh, Jubilife has its own Poke Center and Poke Mart to provide aide for trainers on their quests.
Jubilife TV Station: - The "Fun-and-Games TV Station" hosts a variety of television shows for everyone in the Sinnoh region to enjoy. There are also numerous events one can partake in inside the station, such as the lottery corner, or the chance to dress your Pokemon up in accessories.
Global Trade Station / Global Terminal: - A relatively new concept, the Global Trade Station, or Global Terminal to some, allows trainers to trade Pokemon with anyone anywhere around the globe! This offers trainers a chance to obtain rare Pokemon that come from only certain regions that would normally be out of their reach.
Poketch Company: - The Poketch Company headquarters is located in Jubilife City, and is a small, family-owned and operated business that is the manufacturer of the Poketch. Anyone that collects three of the company's vouchers are able to walk away with one of these devices for free!
Trainers' School: - The school here teaches lessons on raising Pokemon, which is something vital for fresh up-and-coming trainers. With the knowledge that the school provides, it wouldn't be uncommon for young trainers to be waiting to test their mettle against others.
Jubilife Condominiums: - This building offers the city-folk a place to live, as well as a nice place for out-of-towners to stay. What, did you think there was more to it than that?
