★ GUIDELINES :
• Do NOT EVER post in the shop unless you've delivered ALL orders in the posts above you. This is so that other staff and I won't get confused. We can just look for each other's posts to see which is the last order that has been finished.
hmmm not sure if that's clear. For example:
Post 1: Person A orders a Goldie
Post 2: Person B "hi guys~!"
Post 3: Person C orders a Gemini
Post 4: Staff - quote person A, quote person C "processing your orders"
then after you've confirmed trades and delivered the fishies, you may post and chat
Post 5: Staff "hi B!!"
• I'm paying you by 10% of every order YOU delivered (including tips from that order). So, the more you do, the more you get razz
• When you reach 100 orders (number of images you edit, not number of customer), I'm promoting your to 15% XD

★ PS INSTRUCTIONS :
• Since you all know photoshop, I think this is pretty clear.
• .psd file for fishies
• .psd file for fairydusts
★ MULE & TRADE :
• All trades will be sent to a mule named FishiesBowl from now on. Her password is fishsticks
• Check the trade and confirm our end before making the images for your orders. You don't need to wait for them to confirm before PMing the finished images.
• Please be very careful, especially with rares & zodiac orders.
• Well, you know this, but don't transfer gold out of the mule >_> I'll be doing it XD
★ DELIVERY :
• Everything is delivered by PM
• You can use your main or the mule, I don't mind.
• PM Template is here. First one is for normal order. Second one is for gifts. Third one is to be sent for the person who paid for the gifts (you don't need to send this one, do it only when you have free time). Change all parts where it says USERNAME and xxxxx (=image direct links).
• After you PMed the products, please come to THIS THREAD and copy&paste the order forms that you've completed. I'll check this thread to calculate your payment :>
★ NOOBS :
• You're allowed to IGNORE noobs or careless people i.e. wrong info in the order form, multiple recipients per form (the most confusing thing ever), wrong amount of total gold in the form, amount of gold in the form and the trade doesn't match.
• If you're ignoring them, just cancel the trade.
• If you have free time, and want more gold in your paycheck, try to quote them and tell them what they did wrong :<
