Tares Demascus
Tares walked down the hallway and press the consul on the wall, he took a step back and watched as the heavy armored doors hissed and slid open. Like a standard soldier Tares walked in the armory and found the Quarter Master. He nodded and handed the man his orders and stood at parade rest. "Sergeant Demascus reporting on protocol of re-awakening from cryo-sleep." The man leaned and couldn't help but let out a whistle as he admired all the weapons and techs that were racked up on the walls and weapon racks.

Isamo looked up to see his newly unfrozen soldier walk through the door and introduce himself."At ease Sergeant." He heard him whistle at the wall of weapons and smirked, "Eyes forward please. You were brought out of cryo because two days ago we were hit by a surprise attack and lost over half of the crew to fire, and an on board take over attempt." He got up from his seat, putting his hand forward, "I'm Isamo and I'm your new best friend in here, now go look at the wall."

Tares Demascus Tares ease himself into the modified position of rest as he listened to Isamo the Quarter Master fill him in on the ship's situation. "Half of the ships crew? How the hell did that happen with a fire? Where is the rest of the crew? And more importantly where is the enemy that was on bored?" He broke his stance and headed to the wall of various weapons. "What technology do we have? Lasers, blasters? Or have we evolved since I have been gone.?"

Isamo sat back down."We were boarded by the enemy... they hit us from the starboard shuttle bay, blowing both engines, anyone in the engine room was incinerated instantly." He rolled his shoulders, cracking his neck, "They hit civilian and crew decks first, people who's doors had been upgraded to the nanotech doors were safe..." He stopped for a minute, "the rest were slaughtered. 300 men boarded our ship, but we eventually got it under control. We closed off decks 38 through 45 and completely vacated all the air, and opened the emergency hatches sending them into space. We lost a lot of good men but if we hadn't done it the ship woulda been taken over." He walked over , "basically the same equipment that you fell asleep to but with some nano technology added in, makes them react to you faster and now guns are personalized with your dna."

LordTares Tares Demascus Tares shifted his weight from one foot to the other, clearly unhappy with the way they chose to eliminate the enemy. It was dishonorable and cost the life of the civilians and other innocent people, and how the hell did they get aboard the ship in the first place? Weren't there ship defenses and turrets mounted every so many meters. Eh, it was none of his concern now, "So what do you need me to do Quarter Master? And how is the DNA integrated into the weapons?"

Isamo grabbed a gun from the wall, swiping his thumb where the safty would be, speaking clearly."Isamo, gunman alpha." the gun binged twice, "This gun will now only react to my voice and my finger dna." He swiped his finger again, "Isamo, activate" turned the gun to the target and pulled the trigger shooting two shots, then handed the gun to Demascus, "Now if this gun gets in someone else's hands it wont activate for them, so your dna wont work for it. Give it a try, see if it'll fire for ya."

and weapon, took aim, and fired. Yet nothing happened. "Huh" was all he muffed out. "What will they think of next?" Demascus relaxed and handed the weapon back to Isamo, "So what do you need me to do?"

Tares accepted the weapon and took a solid firing stance, he raised his arms
and weapon, took aim, and fired. Yet nothing happened. "Huh" was all he muffed out. "What will they think of next?" Demascus relaxed and handed the weapon back to Isamo, "So what do you need me to do?"

Isamo took back the gun, deactivating it and putting it back on the rack."a few things actually." he turned to the gun rack grabbing a handgun, "You are going to be providing security and help in the sick bay, we have captured prisoners there and a lot of injured crew." He put the gun back turning around, "When they find non-crew members it is you job to put them in the isolation chamber inside the sick bay with the rest of the prisoners. I don't care what condition they are in." he stepped aside so that Demascus could see the rack , "Now choose your weapon and head out."

Tares smiled at the phrase of 'no matter what condition they are in', that was exactly what he was here for. Pulling security wasnt so bad, but it did have its down sides. He always preffered kicking down doors rather than standing guard next to one, but he would get over it and do his job. Big T walked up to the wall and gingerly pulled down a tactcal combat shotgun, something every species feared. He loaded it fully and then began loading more shells onto his belt. So he took in account all his weapons, from the handblaster on his right hip, to the automactic carbine hanging from a tactical sling across his chest. He had a boot knife, then a combat knife on his belt and now he had a tactical shotgun craddled in his arms. If anyone saw him in the hallway, they would sure as hell get out of the way. Tares gave a curt nod to Isamo before turning and heading out the blast doors towards the medbay.

An alarm rings out throughout the ship gathering all available crew together. "Attention Available Crew Members!" Hotaru appeared in every room, "I need any willing members of crew to meet in 'Mission to Planet Delphi' We have found materials needed to help repair the ship. All who are brave enough, come." She de-materialized, the alarm still sounding.

Mont flew in, not even bothering with an introduction and snatched a pistol, not particular as to which kind. He took it and flew out, he had a feeling that he may need it. "See ya!" he waved before zooming out the door.
