Lately, I've been noticing that when the staff answer a question in Feedback, sometimes the response of the OP has been less than absolutely nice--some even go so far as to argue with the staffer, but almost worse than that is trying to guilt the staffer into changing her (since all the staff are girls, as far as I'm aware xD) statement.

This should not continue. The Feedback Forum was set up so that you, the customers, could have a place to ask questions or air grievances, and that is what it still is. Further questions from confusion or needing further clarification is one thing (and is, of course, welcomed and encouraged--we wouldn't want anyone to be afraid to post more questions!) but complaining is something completely different. While we do of course understand that you won't always be happy about what the staff decided and that sometimes you'll want to tell staff about this, but all we request is that you do it in the most respectful manner you can. Staff will never single out one person to 'pick on', and Staff always goes out of its way to be as fair and just as possible.
