I will pretty this thread up later, however for now, I'm giving a simple rundown of how to determine certain aspects of a breeding, so that breedings can be rolled up consistently each time.

Clutch Size:
Randomize a number between 2 and 4. This number is your base clutch size.
In the case of single-parent adoptions, randomize between 1 and 2.

Gender:
Roll a single 4-sided dice for each egg in the clutch. In the event of a twin egg, roll 2 4-sided dice. As 10 is the maximum number of children per breeding, this may be done in a single post.
All even numbers are females.
All odd numbers are males.
(Note: With Char Siu Bao, the first two eggs in the clutch are what the bun determines, and must be stated before you roll for any other genders.)

Twin Egg:
With the purchase of a Xiao Long Bao, one egg in the clutch will contain two (twin) children. To determine which egg, randomize a number between 1 and the full number of eggs in the clutch. The resulting number is the position of the twin egg in the clutch for the purposes of gender and surrogate-parent markings.

Surrogate Parent Markings:
Surrogate Parents have a 10% chance to pass on their markings to each child in the breeding. To determine this, roll a single 100-sided dice for every child in the breeding. Any dice that roll between 1 and 10 have surrogate parental markings for the corresponding egg.

Adoption Markings:
Adoption clutches have a 15% chance to come from varied parents. Roll a 100-sided dice for every egg in the breeding. Any dice that come up between the numbers 1 and 15 have different markings from the other eggs, and different colorations.

Rolling for genders of 3 eggs. (2 from base clutch + 1 for lifemating).

Rolling for genders of 6 eggs. (3 base clutch + 2 dim sum + 1 lifemating)
