It's not bad. I'd suggest getting non-lined paper if you plan on selling your art.
Don't narrow out the body like that. It's semi-odd. If you're doing strictly chibi, then the body has to be pretty much even from the shoulders down. Head larger than the waist, ect.
Shading is good, lips are a bit wonky. Try to proportion those a bit better.
1-3k per character/OC.

With the shading I tried to give depth to the body (from the waist and down) but it didn't come at all the way I wanted it to sweatdrop , and the lips well it's just something I never get right...... Thank you for your tips, they are really helpful 3nodding ^_^ P.S What is OC?

An original character is a character that has been created by the writer, and does not appear in the actual book. :3

Blue Angel Friend ohhh.... thanks for explaining ^_^ I see many briefs online and I understand.... almost none sweatdrop Sure, no problem. You'll probably run into a lot of Roleplayers, that will ask if you do/draw "OC's". Most of the time, they have previously done artwork to give you a guideline to work with. Some might just give you a description of their OC. Depends on what your comfortable with doing. :3

1-3k per character/OC. I agree, i actually quite like the face. but the body could definately use some work. try not 2 lengthen the body too much, it's a chibby. blaugh c hibby's r supposed 2 have short cute little body's. And DEFINATELY don't make the upper part of the body larger than the legs. >>

I like your art. I think if you open a shop it will help you get better. most people looking for work (especially rpers) are very happy when they get someone who is still learning to do their work because then their character will have the love put into it ^^. I know if you made a shop I would get some commissions cause i like art ^^
