That's right, folks. As with advancing in any squad, you will be asked to complete certain things. This will not be easy though, and I give you fair warning that if you don't complete everything on the list you will not advance. So, you still think you have what it takes? Fine, follow the heirarchy below to guide you on your journey.

Third Seat: To get to this point you will have had to go through at least fourteen training sessions, trained for at least fourteen kidou outside the basics, obtained shikai, sparred with two people of Vice Captain level or higher, proven yourself to the Captain or Vice Captain and, if there is a previous third seat, challenge them to a spar and beat them.

Fourth Seat: To get to this point you will have had to go through at least eleven training sessions, trained for at least ten kidou outside the basics, obtained shikai, and if there is a previous fouth seat, challenge them to a spar and beat them.

Fifth Seat: To get to this point you will have had to go through at least nine training sessions, trained for at least eight kidou outside the basics, obtained shikai, and if there is a previous fifth seat, challenge them to a spar and beat them.

Sixth Seat: To get to this point you will have had to go through at least seven training sessions, trained for at least six kidou outside the basics and, if there is a previous sixth seat, challenge them to a spar and beat them.

Seventh Seat: To get to this point you will have had to go through at least five training sessions, trained for at least four kidou outside the basics and, if there is a previous seventh seat, challenge them to a spar and beat them.

Eighth Seat: To get to this point you will have had to go through at least four training sessions and trained for at least three kidou outside the basics.

Nineth Seat: To get to this point you will have had to go through at least three training sessions and trained for at least two kidou outside the basics.

Tenth Seat: To get to this point you will have had to go through at least two training sessions and trained for at least one kidou that is not automatically given to you once you join a squad.

Unseated: This is where everyone shall start out. Unless you work to prove yourself, you'll stay here.
