His father had worked for the county sherrifs office for years, and jacob had always looked up to him for bringing in some of the worst of the worst. Brought up to obey the law, it always troubled Jacob at just how little power the police had when it came down to hunting criminals, thanks to the bounderies of jurisdiction. After excelling through boot camp and serving five years on the force, jacob finally decided enough was enough and quit the force, instead taking up practice serving Bail bondsmen as a bounty hunter. The years of moving from place to place and hunting criminals have taken thier toll on jacob, and he has just recently moved to raccoon city in a hopes to escape the trouble and turmoil of big city life.
