Gah, just when I thought the Twilight crap was quieting down, I find this

You have to scroll down to find the posts I'm talking about, but the summary: the thread is in the writer's forum, the topic is if it is okay to take creative liscence with fantasy/ mythological creatures.

Someone posted about Meyer making the vampires sparkle- and they had a typo in their post. Someone else replied, and I quote "Its cute when *bad* writers insult decent ones" By implication, Meyer= a decent writer and the poster with the typo= the "bad" writer.

The first poster replied with the rather infamous quote of Stephen King's opinion of Twilight.

I haven't posted anything yet- but I'm waiting to see if this will turn into a flame fest. xd

I dunno about anyone else, but I didn't even notice the typo until the other dude pointed it out. >.>;;;;

I hate it when people measure a persons writing ability by their spelling and grammar. This is a silly chat site. We're not going to do 3 drafts of every post to make sure its thoroughly edited.

According to these people like Shakespeare would be semi-retarded crackpot's. His orignal words have terrible grammical and spelling errors in contrast to modern day English.

Suffering through the 4th movie should be worth it- at least, I hope so. Gives me something to look forward to. In the book, the alien spawn baby breaks Bella's spine and Edward has to do an emergency C-section with his teeth. rofl Can't wait to see how they'll handle that on the big screen.
