When Kingdom hearts was nearly completed by the Nobody and former leader of Organization XIII, Xemnas, it was meant to open the pathway to the Heart of all worlds. However, Kingdom hearts collapsed before it could be completed and that was thought to be the end. In the wake of the doorway being partially opened, a world was released from the confines of kingdom hearts.
The World that Time Forgot is a world shrouded by time, where figures thought lost forever may once again appear. It is a world in a state of stasis and yet there is a strange life to it. It is here where the nobodies once again found a Home. The New Organization XIII's goal is to Reform Kingdom Hearts and return the worlds to their former glory. To return the Nobodies to whom they once were, no matter the cost. After all, to one without a heart, the end justifies the means. Unbeknownst to even the other Organization XIII Members, there is a Dark Secret about this world that only the New Leader, Xiroh, knows.
