There are a large number of Leadership Positions available in our community each with varying degrees of difficulty and responsibility. Hopefully this guide will explain how these positions are held in check by the users in our community.

Village Council Members

As one of the most powerful groups in the community, Village Council Members can be removed both from outside regulation and self regulation.

Removal Policies:

  • Village Council Members can be removed from their position by a 2/3 majority vote within the community.
  • Village Council Members can be removed from their position by a 2/3 majority vote within the Village Council.

Committee Leaders

Committee Leaders each control a large part of the community and can be removed from both outside regulation and self regulation.

Removal Policies:

  • Committee Leaders can be removed from their position by a 2/3 majority vote within the community.
  • Committee Leaders can be removed from their position by a 2/3 majority vote within the Committee Members*.


* Committee Members may vote for or against the removal of a Committee Leader for 15 days after they have been removed from their position, newly appointed Committee Members must wait 15 days before they can vote for or against the removal of a Committee Leader in order to avoid Committee Leaders 'stacking the vote' in their favor.

Removal Policies:

  • Village Leaders can be removed from their position by a 2/3 majority vote within the Village Council.
  • Village Leaders may be removed from their position by an attacking party but the final battle must be moderated by a number of Village Council members as agreed upon by both parties.

  • Organization Leaders can be removed from their position by a 2/3 majority vote within the Village Council.
  • Organization Leaders may be removed from their position by an attacking party but the final battle must be moderated by a number of Village Council members as agreed upon by both parties.
