Physical Description:



Kitsune is slightly lanky, not particularly strong, but fast on his feet. His hair is a particularly light sheen of blond, just dark enough to be called golden, his eyes the brilliant blue of lightning. He typically wears his hitae-ate bandanna style or as a regular headband, a mesh or black tank top under his chuunin vest, and blue or black training pants. He has recently taken to going barefoot to maximize his raijutsu potential. He is not strikingly handsome, but has a sort of boyish charm.

History:
Kitsune is the youngest son of the great Ikazuchi Warrior Sendai, the man singlehandedly responsible for the survival of the clan Ikazuchi. Kitsune's mother was not a ninja, but an arranged marriage, a princess from Gaia. His mother doted on him, favored him, and his father scorned him, for although he manifested his kekkei genkai at the age of four, it was the Blue-Eyed Raiyakugan, which could never attain the powers Sendai wished to cultivate in a son. Even when Kitsune's older brother, Hachi, failed to attain the Raiyakugan at all and abandoned what was left of their clan, Sendai refused to train Kitsune because of his blue eyes and his "overall weakness."
So Kitsune went to Konoha to train, passing the genin exam easily but failing to even pass the preliminaries in his first Chuunin exam. By this time the well-known Yukiyama landslide had destroyed his home and presumably killed the few surviving members of the clan Ikazuchi, leaving him the sole heir to a moderately large fortune.
Nouveax Riche, Kitsune decided to seek out his brother Hachi and rekindle their lost brotherhood. He found Hachi in Getsugakure, in command of an obscure Black Ops Group known as Project Untouchables. The research they performed was considered illegal by many within the 5 villages, and when the Second Tsukikage of Getsu, Harikun Roshingi, died, he ordered the facility and all of its contents destroyed in his will.
He also made Hachi the Third Tsukikage.
All of his attempts to gain any sort of bond with his brother had failed. It was clear from the beginning that Hachi had despised Kitsune, if only for his kekkei genkai and the love of their mother, but the more powerful Hachi grew the more acerbically he treated Kitsune, and it wasn't long before even Kitsune began to hate his older brother.
By now, Kitsune had failed a grand total of two Chuunin exams, and his 3rd didn't look so well. Luckily, he was given a perfect match of teammates for his first round and was victorious in his second by what could be called, a fluke. He passed on the condition that he immediately enter training with the instructor of his brother's choosing.
Unfortunately for Kitsune, that instructor happens to be Orochimaru of the Sannin.

Demeanor: For the most part, Kitsune is, ironically, an optimist with low self esteem. He doesn't think too highly of himself, but he gives things his all and tries to move on with his life however he can, even if it means sacrificing things valuable to him. On the surface he's lackadaisical and goofy, but on the inside he harbors a deep need to become a hero, to save the day. He's not necessarily built for that life, but his Hero's Complex leads him, more often than not, to make foolish choices.

Skill Set: Kitsune is not the most skilled person. He's more than adequate at raijutsu, specifically ninjutsu, and he's not the worst at taijutsu. He is slightly skillful at summoning techniques. He's not the brightest, and he's totally incapable of genjutsu. As lame as it sounds, his best skill is kindness, and the indomitable spirit of one determined to fight for the goodness in the world.
