Danu, also known as Anu, Danand, or Dana is mother goddess most often found in Celtic mythology, known as the mother of all other celtic gods. She is also sometimes seen in Hindu mythology as a goddess who created the primordial waters where all life sprang.

Often she is associates as part of the triple goddess with Bahb and Macha.

To honnor her light a bon fire on midsummer.
