The Representatives' Round is an elite group of Vocaloid World Representatives that are in charge of certain tasks around the guild. Each Representative has the rights given, and all the rights of the Representatives (but primarily the rights given).
Rep of One - The First Representative handles guild partnerships, guild treasury and crew hiring. The Rep of one can also dismiss any representative of the round below the Rep of three.
Rep of Two : Momo Unnie - The second representative can authorize ALL guild contests and also cancel them when needed. The Second rep cannot dismiss anyone of the round, but can demote one of the crew without warning.
The Rep of Three : Sofiya399 - The Third representative can aid with guild contests, as well as get funding and support from third party guilds. The Third rep can also warn any member, Crew or a Rep of the Round but cannot demote, remove or ban them.
Rep of Four - The Fourth representative is in charge of reporting any suspicious activity in the guild. The Fourth rep can remove a member after a week's notice.
Rep of Five : enency - The Fifth representative is in charge of the Music forum and the Video thread. This rep can also have their own team of three.
Rep of Six : xRenmeix - The Sixth representative has the right to edit/delete posts in the guild, even the ones made by one of the round. The sixth rep is also in charge of ALL role play topics and can have their own team of four.
Rep of Seven : Ryunosuke Ryusei- The Seventh representative has the right to edit/delete inappropriate posts that might accumulate in the guild. The Seventh rep does not have the right to alter a post made by one of the rounds' post without the author's permission.
Rep of Eight - This representative's duty is to advertise the guild. We can't spread Vocaloidism without advertising our guild, right?
Rep of Nine - The Ninth Representative is the topic refresher. When a thread or topic becomes dormant or few people ever post there. It is the Ninth's responsibility to get it going again.
Rep of Ten - -Broken Anna Len- This Representative is in charge of the Bump thread. As the tenth representative, it is crucial to bump every so often so we can stay on top!
