General Rank Limits
- New members who enter the community will begin with one character at the rank of Academy Student.
After the first Academy Student has graduated to Gennin rank, they may create additional Academy Students characters.
After one of their characters attains Chuunin rank, they may create Academy Student and Gennin characters.
After one of their characters attains Jounin rank, they may create Academy Student, Gennin and Chuunin characters.
Village or Organization Leader Limits
- 50% of all characters controlled by a Village Leader or Organization Leader must reside within the village or organization that the Village Leader or Organization Leader controls.
Remake Old Characters
- A two month period is allowed for all members to remake characters who were approved in the old system at whatever rank that they originally had.
Characters that are remade do not count towards the General Rank Limits unless they are raised to a higher rank after they have been remade.
Cannon Characters
- Applications for Cannon Characters must be done in the Cannon Character thread.
Cannon Characters do not count towards the General Rank Limits unless they are raised to a higher rank after they have been claimed.
