Group Character Belongs To: Teen Titans
History: Chase's history is very scarce in notorious events. He's defeated a couple of villains here and there and other gangs but other than that, he's pretty quiet.
Decription of Character: Chase is quiet, but prideful in his work. He envies other heroes with different powers because of his weakness. He requires electricity around to be able to perform any of his powers to the fullest of their extent. Without electricity, he can only cover a small area of his body. He envies those that have no weaknesses greatly.
