Pretty Much, you make a character thread here in the subforum.
-Characters on the Rosters are Permitted to post in the main RP Threads (RED, BLU, Battlefield, and Bar.)
-Characters NOT on the the roster are permitted to post in the White Room ONLY. Unless there's a slot they can fill in the main Roster.
-Spycrabs, Octospies, and the the like can be made, but are White Room ONLY.

Please try to differentiate between Teams. Maybe make a header that states what team like I did, or something similar to ease confusion.
