To anyone who's played the new MK game, I've been interested in continuing the narrative placed by it. Or coming up with a new one similar to the games of old past. There's something that happens and I'll write the spoilers in white text and how I propose to change what happened or deal with it.
Spoiler/Solution:
Sindel kills the majority of the Earthrealm fighters where they're sent to Netherealm. How I propose to fix this is to have Johnny, Sonya, and Raiden (and maybe a few other canons from MK4, ect.) Challenge Quan Chi for their souls before he and Shinnok decide to invade Earthrealm. They could also unwittingly release someone like Shao Kahn as well.

Sounds cool. It's been awhile since I actually played the game, but I remember the gist of it. If you're only wanting die-hard MK fans though, I understand. I'm guessing it's canon characters only? If so, I call Kitana. XD
