Colorist
We will soon be hiring for 2 colorists.

Position Description & Requirements
Reports To – Meimou OR Az Eternity
Pay Rate - 100% Profits
Description – As a colorist you are responsible for helping answer questions regarding the shop, participate in shop events, and hold your own sales (at least 8 cats in a month) and events. Requirements are that you must be able to color, shade, cert, and temporarily host your own cats.
Please help regulate the rarity of fluffy cats when doing sales.
Regulars & Butterflys = Common (10/20)
Vampire & Faerie & Dragonfly = Uncommon (7/20)
Demonic & Angelic = Rare (2/20)
Dragons & Aquatics = Very Rare (1/20) Mei and Az only unless otherwise given permission…
Permissions
- You may Warn or Grey List someone when they break a rule or cause trouble
- You may lock or relocate threads in the guild
- You may use the shop mule
- You may create a workshop in the guild
- You may hold flatsales/flaffles
- You may have SE auctions/raffles however you need permission from Mei or Az first
- You may change the title in the shop thread
- When in doubt ASK before you DO if you have any questions about what you can do
- You may do minor edits to flatsale cats in which case you may up the flatsale price
- You may set your own custom prices, you may accept up to 2 customs a month
- You may open breeding slots and is encouraged! Extra fluffs will count toward your flatsale quota while giving you unique challenges for coloring!
- Hiatus – You must notify Mei or Az of hiatus status to reserve your spot as a colorist. We will save your spot for 30days, should you wish to be on hiatus for a longer period discuss with Mei or Az for accommodations. Hiatus longer then 6 months, however, will result in losss of position in shop.
- You may take on 1 Apprentice every 6 months. This must be approved by Mei or Az and Apprentice Colorist rules will apply to the person. Ask Az Eternity for details of apprenticeship.
Restriction –
>Flatsales/Flaffles - 4-8 Cats per FS and at least 1 FS a month
>Raffles/Auctions - 2 per Month, unless a mass event all participate in. You must ask Mei or Az beforehand though.
>Breedings - Max 4 Slots per month.
>Customs - Max 2 per month
>Pet Trades- Discuss with Mei or Az if it comes up.
>Items - You may offer your own items in your workshop/thread post with prior approval from Mei or Az. (just to make sure they are appropriate for shop use)
> You May NOT accept bribes for anything
> You May NOT use Aquatic/Dragon Lineart for anything other then a breeding and will only receive these lines in the case of a breeding.
> You may NOT ban anyone from the shop or guild (though you can ban them from your workshop or sales).
Perks –
> You may color yourself or/and 1 friend a free fluffy cat once a month. Major Edits/Cosplays must be approved by Mei or Az.
DON"T ABUSE THIS!
Notes:
You MUST have had at least 1 flatsale/flaffle OR 2 breedings each month before being allowed to do anything extra such as customs, auctions, etc.

Description – As Itemist you are responsible for helping answer questions regarding the shop, participate in shop events, and creation of items for sale (at least 4 new items in a month). Requirements are that you must be able to create, color, shade, and temporarily host own items and place them on the various cats of the shop. This is a very creative position for you to explore the possibilities.
Permissions
- You may Warn or Grey List someone when they break a rule or cause trouble
- You may lock or relocate threads in the guild
- You may use the shop mule
- You may create a workshop in the guild
- You may sell any items created once approved by Mei or Az
- You may have SE auctions/raffles however you need permission from Mei or Az first

We will soon be hiring a couple guest colorists to help with a massive behind the scenes project.

Pay Rate - TBD, 100% if Your Own Linearts
Description - As a guest colorist you will temporarily be part of the fluffy crew, usually to help out with a shop or major event. Details of your purpose will be discussed with you by the one who hired you.
Any questions about your roles please ask the Mei or Az.
