I AM THE DON OF THIS GUILD AND THAT MAKES ME THE LEADER. EVERYONE SHOWS ME RESPECT IN THIS GUILD OR YOU CAN BE BANNED.
NOW I WANT ALL GUILD MEMBERS AND CREW AND VICE TO RESPECT EACH OTHER AND READ THIS POST IN THE GUILD
NOW THE WHOLE NOTICE IS FOR EVERYONE HOWEVER IT IS COLOR CODED TO MAKE IT EASIER TO FOLLOW
THE RED IS MORE FOR VICE . THE GREEN IS MORE FOR CREW AND THE PURPLE IS MORE FOR MEMBERS

now as for the vice captains they may have to do what i say HOWEVER they still got alot of power in this guild and if you EVER dis them you are gonna be banned.

this guild is a democracy not a monarchy and i want it to be known that if i make a rule or contest or something else and at least 3/4 of the vice think it is unfair they can still remove the item and over ride my decision so even if i said we are gonna give away 10 demonbows and 3/4 of the vice thought this was bad and posted up in a new post saying this then my decision is no longer the one to follow IT WILL BE THE VICE'S DECISION THAT IS WHAT GOES

NOW ON TO THE CREW you must do what the vice tell you to do, HOWEVER you do have some power as well, with a 90% vote rate you can override a vice captain decision in this guild this means that out of 10 crew members 9 MUST AGREE TO IT all in one day otherwise it must be all the crew members within 3 days of a vice captains decision or it will not count.
so if the vice shot down the idea above about the demonbows and you as a crew member felt that was unfair you may still be able to do something about it AND REMEMBER CREW MEMBERS IF SOMEONE DISRESPECTS YOU WELL YOU CAN BAN THEM IF THEY ARE A MEMBER OR CONTACT THE VICE OR CAPTAIN OF THIS GUILD FOR HELP
