Gabriel walked into the gym and removed his cast, placing it out in front of him he snapped his arm back into place and began rotating it. After making sure it felt right he went up to the nearest bench and begin lifting weights.

Gabriel got up and walked over to the treadmill next to Suji. "So hows it going?" he asked.

Alice walks in.
"Hey guys",Alice says walking past them.
Alice goes over to the mats.
She runs and does a couple of backflips.
She lands on her feet.
