As we get questions within the shop, or in this thread, we will add them to the front page, in the appropriate category. But don't feel required to ask questions only from posted categories. Ask any question you're curious about, and if we need a new category for it, we'll make one!

Yes until adult. Once your dragon has reached the stage of Jiao Long, you should host the image yourself. Any uncerts that you wish to keep should be hosted yourself at all times.

Any owner is more than welcome to set up a journal in the guild to showcase their Long and organize any information about it, but journals and roleplay are not required.

We are working towards crafting a cohesive, consistent world for the Long to rp in. Part of the consistency is with the names, and thus we want to strongly encourage our customers to name within our naming rule, though we have left some leeway for flexibility.

Yes, once we can get some artists who can edit to do cosplays that require it. In the event of pure-color cosplays, they will be available when customs are open.

If the Long is in yuan long stage (egg) when it is recieved, the zodiac and hatched dates are determined by when it hatches. If it is already grown, then they are set based on when it is certed. We try very hard to cert promptly.

No. We prefer, and use the fee to help enforce, that our customers use Chinese names to help keep our shop world immersive. We do, however, waive the fee when it comes to auctions and cosplays.

No. We honestly have no idea what the Chinese call the various months. These names are solely based in Moera, for the Long in our shop.

If you mean 'is it in play somewhere in the offline world of Earth', my answer is that we honestly do not know. For this shop, we've made it up, to give people something interesting and hopefully more immersive than simply stating that your Long is a Rat or a Capricorn.
