
Customer events will be confined to offspring gained by breeding. All events must be free, but may have other rules in place. If you feel that an event was run unfairly, you may request that shop staff look into the matter.
One requirement for all customer events is that they begin when they say they're going to begin, and end when they say they're going to end. We understand that life sometimes hits you, and you may be unable to close an event for a day or two, but being super-active elsewhere for days on end and ignoring your event is not acceptable, and if we see that happening, we will give you a single warning. If you ignore the warning, shop staff will step in and close and judge the event for you.
If you are running an event and are afraid that something may come up to prevent you from closing it on time, you are more than welcome to contact the shop staff for help with this, either via advice or one of us stepping in when and where necessary.
