Alright, In the past I have felt like I was very unclear with my characters and I left a few spots here and there unanswered. So now, I'm going to work on rediculously long posts of information of my characters, just like how everybody else does it.Also, I'm finalizing E's powers after I make the (biologically logical)changes to him.But this doesn't mean my other/new characters will do the same, I'm only doing this for E because I found a logical way his powers could work.(Pictures for E will be posted later)

Doctor E
Name
Brian Ha goes by many names, but he is most comm-
-only addressed Doctor and E.
Age
E is in his early twenties.
Affiliation
E works for whoever and whatever he believes upholds noble intentions for the community of Tanget; but then again, he can be unpredictable.
Appearance
E is a 6,7 asian male. he has brown eyes, black hair(with a little
white high-light on the left side of his head)and a muscular build.

Personality
E has an eccentric behavior most of the time, and this has led him to many accounts of destroyed property(that has all been paid for), and only overwelming sights of natural beauty seem to calm him down. Despite all this, E is very chivalric and very good natured.
Powers
1.E has the ability to generate large sums of energy and use it to create an electric current that runs through his body. Not until recently, his father deposited nano's into his body that allowed him to also absorb and project all forms of it and manipulate it as he pleases.Though this is true, he rather uses his powers to power his gadgets.
2.His many power suits also allow his physical power in general to match a super human.
3.His powers also speed up the process of natural healing(instant regeneration), allowing any small damages including bruises, and cuts to heal within minutes, and major damages including broken bones, burns, even concussions to heal within hours.Though it may seem all positive, the the speed up proccess also affects the growing of hair, nails, and forming of dead skin.
Weakness
E's powers can be shorted out by pure water and certain elastic materials.
Skills
E is known to create and upgrade anything you ask him to, and has a knack to figure out the purpose of a device just by looking at it.
He also has an understanding of economics and criminal psychology(I know there's another name for it but I just can't seem to remember it right now, word is pending).
