Where it was found/Who made it: This is the weapon that Xen has bonded with as a member of the Metaru Yami Bloodline.

The Range of the weapon: Around 20 feet at maximum length. If he chooses to, he may use additional chakra from his bloodline to make it longer, but this is as long as the actual chain can be.
Weakness: Water style techniques will cause the chain to rust and become unresponsive, and the lengthy repairs needed could only be done outside of battle.
Description: The Links of Unbreakable Will's abilities are simple, really. They are 20 foot long chains with dragon heads at the ends. Blades are located in the open mouths of either dragon, and they can be deployed at seemingly any time. There are five blades in total in each end of the chains, totaling twenty in all. These blades can also be launched out of the chains with the speed of a thrown projectile. Normally, the chains take the form of steel-gray dragon bracelets on both of Xen's wrists. When he breaks the rings holding the bracelets together, they will emerge in their full form, ready for combat. The most interesting ability is that the metal can be shaped with minute changes, such as growing spikes along the sides of the chain. However, large scale form manipulation is not possible.

As Xen's opponent ran around and around--having used the Third Gate to amplify their speed--it was quite obvious that he needed a better plan with which to engage his opponent. Now it was time to get serious. After inserting Genin rank chakra into his bracelet, it erupted into a large, metal chain. From the looks of it, it had dragon heads on both sides. At its full length, it was twenty feet long. In order to ensnare the now rapidly running ninja, it shot out to both sides. The circle that the boy was once running in was now completely split in half. Fortunately, the boy had no time to stop. He slammed right into the chain, and as soon as Xen felt the disturbance in his chain, he sprung into action. Using his exceptional metal manipulation capabilities, a metal spike erupted from the side of the spike where the boy was, stabbing him through the stomach. It appeared that it was time for the final touch.

It was plainly obvious that Xen's opponent wouldn't be escaping this fight alive. The end of the spike that was now sticking out of the boy's back splintered into multiple pointed needles. These needles--which looked somewhat like a crown at the end of the spike--pointed out in all directions to prevent the boy from pulling himself off the spike. Now, it was time for the final touch to this terrible cycle. The chain wrapped itself around the boy, covering nearly every part of his body except for his feet and his head. His captor then spoke with conviction. "This is why you should not enter the exams. Until you are perfectly ready to battle and kill another living being, this is what will happen to you." To respect what little abilities his opponent had, Xen extended his palms. He would--at least--manipulate the final blow with his own hands. As he waved his hands, metal spikes erupted from the chain from all angles, stabbing multiple holes into the boy's body. His blood dripped down down the living metal in such large quantities that the first two seconds let out about 3/4 of his blood. No being could survive with such an absence of blood in their body. The battle was inevitably over. The spikes of metal then melted back into the chain; now, it appeared as if spikes had never come out of the chain at all. As it sealed itself back into a bracelet on Xen's wrist, he merely turned his back and left the battle.
