Don't know much about them. I used to dig up quartz in the dirt with my sisters, see who could find the coolest or biggest chunk. And, well, thats the extent of my expirience with crystals...
They look real interesting, though. I remember seeing one that was just a plain old rock on one side, but inside the rock as a bunch of crystals. Crazy. Brings back some good memories.

Well stones and crystals can be used to trap and store energy from the sun or the moon. The different kinds of energies can be used for different things depending on the stones you use. Quarts is the most common type of stone to trap energy in.
Depending on the stone depends on what the energy in the stone will be used for.
