Bio- Kurai was born in a realm known as Edenia, though was soon sent away due to an invasion from another realm and has wandered from dimension to dimension after discovering his unusual 'Rift' abilities; he was born from a union between the best friend of the princess of Edenia and a being made up of dozens of warrors' souls, which probably gave birth to his Rifting abilities.
The first time he 'Rifted', leaping between dimensions, he was less than a month old nad has been raised by the elven people since. His eyes are normally a deep brownish gold with red edges, though he does have an ability he calls the Kumireigan (Twilight Soul Eye) that appears as a startling deep violet iris that fades to a deep midnight blue near the pupil with four thin silver-gray curving spikes like half of a crescent moon.
Other Info- 'Rifting' is simply a very powerful form of teleportation, though it also encompasses some psionic energies as well. Most of the time those with the abilty to 'Rift' are either teleporters or superhuman beings, though Kurai has superhuman agility and reflexes naturally.
He has a very natural talent for martial arts and seems to simply soak them in like a sponge in addition to to having natural telekinetic powers due to his father's abilities. He is skilled both armed and unarmed and tends to travel with a pair of sais sticking hilt first out of the outsides of his boots and a pair of bladed fans hanging by either hip. He doesn't know that his 'godmother', a skilled assassin-princess of Edenia, seeks him through powerful magic.
