Chapter One: Creation of the Bridge

XXXXXEvery man, elf, orc, and dwarf have their own stories of the creation of their own worlds, unfortunately for you my dear reader, this is not it. I am only going to give you a small snip of all recorded history of our Realm. This snip I give ye is just one thread of passage ingrained not only in the hearts and souls of this worlds creatures, but also its existence. It was an commandment our Creator, our Master of this world and the next, gave to us. He told all, that so long as his chosen and their descendants have at least one heart, one alive son or living daughter of his chosen at throne in their Kingdom, then our Realm would remain in existence, and whole. This meaning in short and modern terms, So long as we have one of our royalty remain standing within our kingdom, this world will remain in existence. But, if our royal line were to leave this kingdom even by one standard measurement, our world would begin to burn with a black fire into nothingness. But not to be off topic my dear reader, i shall redirect you to my true tale of the Bridge.

XXXXXThis instead is a history lesson of the joining of our two worlds. We have had over a thousand years of recorded history from man's perspective, but it was recorded six hundred years ago that some sort of connection was made with another plain of existence. As if out thin air, lightning sparked and a small hole was ripped through time and space and beyond time and space. Communication was formed with a race of highly magical beings whom call them selves Elves. They two share the same fate with their royalty as our's and through this basis of both of our culture we call ourselves friends. A short time later some hundred years, a decision from both sides was made in order to join our two worlds together. In order for us to pass unto them and them unto us. The current King of the name called for all magi from across all lands include the order of wizards themselves to come help build the bridge, forming a Union between our two people.

XXXXXFrom every walk of life, every magic user spent one full year in service to build this bridge, though it took most of our magi to participate in this project, it only took the elvish royal family to do the same. With a celebration that lasted for weeks, our worlds were united. Although it took both parties some time to study the bridge we just made, we have come to figure out that since almost all men from multiple places helped make this bridge, that any man, woman, and child may pass through the portal with ease. Though since only the Elf royalty made the portal, then only the Elf royalty may pass through the bridge unaffected. Though creatures from both sides are unaffected. Again my dear reader, I, your lovely and brilliant Narratorus will make this page simplified for your peasant minds to comprehend. Man can go through the gateway. Elf cannot travel the bridge, unless they are Royalty. Creatures from both sides my wander through including Orc, deer, elk, lion, bear, hound and dragon. Aye, there you have it my dear reader, there lies the problem for the Elven people, since they are the only beings not able to pass through, it seems that their magic was too unfavorable to the bridge. So as they would not be allowed to travel from their Realm to ours.

Chapter Two: The Chapter of Woe
User Image

XXXXXUnfortunately for all creatures under the stars in the sky, there must come a point in time of when they die. As far as we know, dear reader, if it breathes, then at some point it must die. Dragons are the longest living creatures that both elf and man have recorded. 12oo years are their measure, follow closely by Elf with 9oo, Griffin by 75o, Wizard by 6oo, Tourtise by 15o, Man by 12o, Orc at 7o, Phoenix has 3o before it rebirths, but that is enough of that, if you wanted to look up the age of animals then you would have picked up a book on Zoology, perhaps one of Elbert's, though that bloke wouldn't know a fireball if it hit him in between the eyes. And yet my dear reader you chose a book of mine, thats right, your faithful and wise Narratorus.

XXXXXNow to the point of things, this is the chapter of woe and loss. For my dear friends there are some dark and evil forces at work here. No, not here, but over there, in the Realm of our friends, the Elves. For it was over a life time ago that the first whisper of loss was brought to our ears. The Prince and first in line to the throne of the Elven Realm was murder. It was at that point that we learned several other of their kin were dead due to various incidents. All adding up to be more than a coincidence my dear reader. It was due some series of unfortunate events that abruptly ended the line of of the Elf Royalty. All that remained was the King, sitting alone at his thrown. Until just last night, we got received from a messenger that the Elven King was brutally murdered in his on throne room. The reporter dictates that the blood of the last line of Royalty was flowing down the steps of his throne like a water fall. Whomever did thi- no, I take that back, for it was not man or elf that slain their royalty. It must have been a monster, no man or elf would have the heart to commit such a treacherous act! It must have been a monster! Whatever did this just set in motion a promise laid down by the Elf god, and ours. Im beginning to wonder if our creators are the one and the same. Their creator stated that if their royalty were no longer in their kingdom, then the folds of their Realm would start to fade in a black fire that leaves no ash. Already the tips of their realm is starting to fade. The only source of the Elvish royal line left in existence was a marriage between a elf prince and a human princess long long ago. Eventually they were crowned and eventually their decedents succeeded them and so on and so forth. I doubt their blood has diluted much since royalty only marries royalty. The only elf blood left remains in our beloved Princess and her father our King.
