The roleplay is basically run like a game of 'Clue' or 'Cluedo', as some people call it. There are certain set characters (e.g the seductress, the maid, the wealthy businessman). Their profiles are yours to fully create with the skeleton below.

Every now and then, a character dies. These characters will be created by me with the sole purpose of being murdered. I will pick a character - one of you - to be the murderer, and you (the murderer) will choose the specifics of the crime - what weapon was used, which room it was in, how you did it, why, etc. I will post notification of the murder, explaining how, where and when the murder was executed (no pun intended), but I will not betray the culprit. The characters then interact with each other on the cruise ship and search for clues as to whom the murderer is. Occasionally, I will send a PM to certain characters unveiling a clue as to the motive or identity of the killer. The character in question can share the information openly in the forum/roleplay with all the other characters, or keep it to themselves. No PM's pertaining to clues will be allowed. Sometimes I will post a clue here in the roleplay for everyone to see. As more clues are exposed, characters must begin to guess at the culprit, and when they think they have figured it out, they must send me a PM labeled "Caught the Killer", detailing who they think the murderer is and why. At this point, I will either confirm or deny that characters guilt. If confirmed, the crime is solved and I will post the murderer and accuser. If denied, the game continues, and the accuser is not allowed to guess again or share any clues that were not previously shared. They are not allowed to reveal the identity of the innocent character.

When the crime is solved, a new person is murdered, a new culprit is chosen, and the game begins again.

Relationships between characters are encouraged, just to make things more interesting, but please refrain from anything more than hints at your characters sexual exploits. It's better kept behind closed doors.

Confer with other puppeteers about possible relationships of any kind (family ties, marriages, engagements, affairs, etc.) between characters.

1. No God-moding.

2. No killing of other characters is permitted. Injury, yes, if consent is given by the puppeteer of the soon-to-be-injured character.

3. No PM's between characters about the personal clues. If clues are shared, they must be shared publicly in the roleplay.'

4. Puppeteers are not encouraged to send the "Caught the Killer"PM unless they are positive of the identity of the killer.

Character: The Man - Whore

Puppeteer: Walkinthevoid
Name: Kalyan Elwood (Kay, or Kaylee)
Age: 25
Gender: Male
Sexual Orientation: Pansexual
Relationship Status: Single... and looking for your love, baby. wink
Likes: Kay would describe himself as a subtle man of many likes, if you ever asked him that question. Depending on the situation he likes candlelight, long walks on the beach, dancing, horseback riding, watching the stars... as long as it seems romantic, he’ll admit to liking it. In truth, the answer is far more complicated.

Nothing pleases Kalyan more than a conquest, be it literal or figurative. Nobody gets to be where he is in the social ladder by being nice. There’s something really rather satisfying about executing the perfect plan, watching a person or organization fall right into your trap, and watching them burn for it. Not that burning is all Kalyan does; sometimes promoting a company or person is what is needed, and watching that person rise to the potential that they have been given is rather satisfying, especially when you know that the only reason they have what they have is you, and you can take all of that away in a heartbeat.

Of course, romance comes into this as well. Romance is like hunting to Kalyan. The prey is selected, watched and separated from the group. Then it is time to swoop in for the chase, which is the most thrilling part of the whole business; once the conquest has been won, the game is no longer fun. Then it is time to move onto the next prey, and so on, and so on.
Kalyan loves knowledge, for knowledge is power; with the right piece of information a man can kill a monarch (Or at least depose one). Book learning has never had any appeal for Kalyan; when would he ever need to know what the square of a right triangle is, or how big the wattle on some bird is? The real knowledge is in the people. Some men can tell a man’s occupation just by looking at them. They can say your shoe size, your marital status, even what you had for breakfast just through careful observation. Kalyan is not one of these people, but he employs these people on a regular basis. For some reason, the Sherlock Holmes type of people can never hang onto their money, and they can never resist a challenge. No, Kalyan would never do the dirty work of collecting the information, but once he has it he knows exactly what to do with it.

Kalyan has a penchant for the finer things in life. He has never gone camping (Heaven forbid!), never slept in a bed that was not four – poster, king sized and did not have a feather pillow, and never eaten at a three star restaurant. His suits are of the finest quality, and high fashion to boot; he never goes without one. He would sleep in them if it wouldn’t ruin them. If it doesn’t cost, it mustn’t be worth it. Yes, he would admit that he throws his money around, but he is the spoiled younger son. He was born into wealth, and thanks to his father’s savvy for business, he has been able to keep him and his sons in the money – why not use it? It’s not like money doesn’t grow on trees.

Dislikes: Kalyan is as fickle as a cat in just about every situation. Things have to keep his interest, or he’ll (as a best-case scenario) remove himself from the situation, and amuse himself elsewhere. He comes across as a rather impulsive individual, of course. He would rather go sky – diving without a parachute than attend a three hour board meeting. Shuffling papers is not what he does. Kalyan wants what he wants, and he wants it now.
Food has to be just right to satisfy this man’s palette; not too spicy, not to bland. Not too creamy, not too acidic, just enough vegetables, salt on his meat. If he even wants meat. If one was a fan of the musical “Cats” (Which Kalyan isn’t), think of the Rum Tum Tugger.

In the list of things that Kalyan doesn’t like, the cold would feature rather highly. The chill of winter is something that he fears even in summer, ever since an ice – skating incident on a partially frozen pond. When the cold threatens Kalyan rugs up; fur coats, mittens, long underwear, the works; sometimes it may seem a little extreme, but for Kalyan, his personal comfort comes before all else. Heat though; he loves heat. He can’t get enough of it, but doesn’t like the look of a tan, so sunscreen is a must on any day spent outside. If only they could make a sunscreen that smelled better; he would pay a fortune for that.

Kalyan hates it when people are ever serious. Life is too short to waste frowning and worrying about what is “right”, “moral” or what is “illegal” and what ventures will “end up with him in gaol”. He would much rather live his own life, and see who can keep up. Kalyan will try anything once.
Kalyan hates people who he classifies as “hangers on”. To fully understand the term, a few examples will have to be provided; the term is so broad that if it were used frequently, it could have consequences that closely mirror McCarthy-ism. A hanger on ranges from the woman that Kalyan has grown tired of, and refuses to leave him alone despite several hints (both subtle and un-subtle). A hanger - on is the man from the paper that took pictures outside the window when he was –ahem- visiting the former vice president. A hanger on is a personal assistant that personally assists him to the point where he is fired. A hanger on is a girl in a party that looks at him like he is a piece of meat.

Habits:
Kalyan is a creature of the night. Perhaps it is the decadent lifestyle he leads; parties, functions, dancing, drinking, dinner... the day holds no sway over this younger son. He never rises before midday, and as such his body clock is set quite a few hours ahead (or behind) everyone else.
He has the disconcerting habit of wearing red contact lenses, just to see how people will react. It has the added bonus of attracting women who mistake him for a vampire. These women he plays with mercilessly, taking them on a night-long whirlwind romance that usually ends badly. He enjoys thinking up different ways to be pointlessly cruel to these people, leading them so far astray that it they may never come back out of the rabbit hole.

Kalyan always carries a comb with him. His hair is his most prized possession, even dearer than his precious suits. The comb is made of ivory, and has intricate designs of fey and other creatures of faerie carved into the object. It is the only present that was ever given to him that he has kept over the years.

Bio:
Kalyan is the youngest child of the big telecommunications tycoon, Thomas Elwood. He was born in india (Where the company is based) but grew up all over the world, living in Tokyo, Paris, New York, Beijing...
He grew up without his father, living with his mother Eileen Elwood, and his oldest brother Jamaal.
Jamaal and Kalyan grew up together, they were almost twin – like they were so close. Kalyan, the ever – curious younger brother, got Jamaal into so many scrapes that the pair lost count – but Jamaal loved his younger brother.
Jamaal was a very serious child, preferring to sit inside and read while Kalyan went off and got lost in forests, or in shopping centres, or wherever they happened to be. Kalyan would always find something interesting for his brother to see, some new game that they could play – at the expense of other people, of course.
As Kalyan grew his games became more and more elaborate; he was learning about how far he could push people, how much he could twist them to his will. Jamaal inevitably followed behind, but eventually Kalyan’s games became far too twisted for the boy.
It had started with them kidnapping a maid; a young girl from a poor family, some nobody that no-one would miss. There was no reason to the kidnapping; Kalyan did it just because he could. He kept her in a warehouse on the shadier side of town, kept her there for months. The police had even given up on finding her.
Kalyan wanted to play with the girl, stick needles into her, pump her full of drugs. “It’s only a little morphine.” He said, toying with the needle. “We could beat her afterwards, and she wouldn’t feel a thing.” The look in the fifteen year olds eye said that that was just what he was planning. Jamaal just left.
The place was never the same after that, and the pair never really spoke to each other again.

Character:
The Klutz

Puppeteer: ShadowintheDeep
Name: Sibel Bennet
Age: 24
Gender: Female
Sexual Orientation: Bisexual
Relationship Status: Married to her work, but otherwise single.

Likes: I suppose I’ll start with the simple things and food is probably one of the simplest. I love fine food; I grew up eating horrible food because that is all we could afford and I will never go back to that. Chinese would be my favourite but I rarely have it, I also love seafood and lots of vegetables, especially roasted. I don’t mind spiciness but I honestly don’t eat food to hurt myself, food that bites back does not really appeal to me.

I enjoy bright cloudless days in both summer and winter and I prefer sunshine to overcast. On sunny days I tend to get things done better, work harder and it generally puts me in a better mood.

I love finding out about things that people would usually like to keep a secret, which is probably what makes me such a good journalist. There is so much power in knowing the little things about people and plenty of benefits with using this information against people. My insatiable curiosity has usually been a benefit but I’ve made a few powerful enemies from some of the things that I’ve found and blackmailed. Oh well, nobody said it was without risk and I myself don’t shy away from a good risk. Risks can either make or break a person and I’m rooting for the make.

I like getting up early; to me it feels like I have wasted my day if I stay in bed past nine. There is so much to do and I don’t want to miss out. I actually rarely stay in my apartment anymore, save for sleeping and I’ve been travelling a lot recently, for work purposes of course, but I am always on the go and getting things done.

I prefer place with style and comfort and a modern look. I don’t really have the patience for art but I appreciate style. Style is an important thing in my life: to express myself with my appearance with elegance and sophistication. I take pride in my appearance and though I have two left feet which for some people would ruin all appearances of elegance, it can be considered as part of my charm.

Dislikes: Well for a start I’m going to say: never offer me a cup of tea. I hate it, in all of its flavours and types; it all tastes like boiled grass to me.

I hate Dancing and if you don’t want to go to hospital in a stretcher then I recommend that you don’t dance with me.

I have never understood how people can have cats as pets, truly obnoxious pests. My roommate had a cat and she was a spoilt, nasty creature. My dislike of cats might have something to do with the “incident” when I was a child, but I think that regardless of that traumatic experience I’d still not like the creatures anyway.

I have Astraphobia. If you don’t know what it is then good, it’s hard enough without the ridicule.

Finally I hate it when things don’t go my way. I try very hard to achieve my goals so god forbid you step in my way. I didn’t get to where I am today by being nice, you have to push to get what you want or be trampled. I’m not just a survivor, I’m an achiever and I get things done.

Habits: Okay, I might be annoying sometimes but when I listen to music I tap my feet, only when I’m sitting down though. Just because I don’t like and cannot dance doesn’t mean I can’t enjoy music so deal with it.

I won’t leave the house or go outside without first checking the weather forecast. Sometimes it can be inconvenient but I just cannot go out without checking first.
When I’m doing work I tend to play with my hair, putting it up and taking it out again while I figure out problems and I always have a note pad and pen handy. You never know when you’ll need to write something down and it helps me keep organised.

Bio:

Sibel came from a poor background but her talents and a good education soon lead her to the journalism career where she excelled, gaining her an expensive apartment and a position of power over the masses. You could say that the power has gone to her head and she would be what some people call ‘corrupt’ but she prefers to term it as ‘aspiring’. Sibel has no issue with blackmailing people nor hurting or manipulating people to get out of them what she wants to know. She is not a fan of romance but she doesn’t mind getting people interested to see what they will tell her.

Sibel will never shy away from a challenge, in fact if her work is not challenging enough she will actively seek out a way to make it harder to achieve an end result, often making tasks more elaborate and detailed rather than just delivering what is asked for.

Character: The Naive Successor

Puppeteer: Alykia
Name: Alexander Clark (Alex)
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Sexual Orientation: Never really thought about it...so straight?
Relationship Status: Fiancee: it was arranged.

Likes:
Alex has a lot of likes; although some might seem weird or surprising. He loves almost any kind of fruit and fish is his favorite kind of meat. As far as sweets go, he is happy with a jar of nutella: that stuff is so addicting. He likes pretty much anything about the sky: rainbows, stars, sunsets, clouds and so on. The weather his beloved sky makes that tickles his fancy is: rain, wind and snow. Another thing about nature that he adores are lilies. Of course there are certain types he likes more than others; but who needs to go into such details. For his hobbies: he likes drawing, painting and dancing. One might be surprised to find out that he prefers to breakdance: he has some killer moves. You see; this was his main way of dealing with things in his life. He also likes odd trinkets and other such things. Oh and most importantly, he loves his family: new and old.

Dislikes: In general, he hates being called cute or some girl version of his name. Alex doesn't like overly flashy things and how the rich seem to obsess about stuff while thinking they are more important than others. The high society rules can be a pain; but he tolerates them. It might be a surprise that he dislikes his fiancee even though he treats her like his most precious person. It's just another thing that he must do really. He might not even realize it; but he has been feeling tied down more and more. It's definitely something he doesn't like. Above all else, he hates how he hasn't seen or heard from his real family in two whole years.

Habits: Ever since he was little he has liked to take things apart to see how they work. Of course he also likes to put things together as well. It's actually hard for him to resist in some cases.

Alex has the tendency to act like an excited child over things that others would probably think is simple or weird. It's almost like he is discovering it for the first time: maybe he is in some cases though.

He reacts violently when someone touches him. Depending on the situation, not normally the person, he will be more or less violent. After he calms down he is sorry for doing extreme things, like punching someone in the face, unless there was a good reason for his actions. His normal angelic features change drastically during these brief moments. One might even say that he looks evil. Luckily, he has more control over this habit of his and can handle certain things without showing anyone his discomfort.

Alex will pretty much believe anything someone says, unless it's an obvious lie, because he wasn't shown much guidance when he was younger. He is too sweet and kind to realize how the world is filled with people that can and will use you just to spit you out. With all that said, he currently holds his father's word above all others no matter what.

Speaking of his parents, he calls his new parents mother and father. His old parents are called mom and dad.

Finally, he always pulls his hair back in some fashion. Usually it is in a low ponytail though. For some reason, his father wants his hair to be long like that. Currently it sits just below his shoulders.

Bio: Most of his life was spent living with his real parents: he never had any siblings. His parents were always working in an attempt to stay alive. It's not like they were ever poor really: they just were always on the borderline. No one could probably pinpoint how this came to be: it just happened. Now, his parents loved him very much; but they were hardly around to give him guidance. Whatever he learned was through his peers and school in general. Speaking of peers, he didn't have a lot of close friends: Alex was shy after all. Then there were the friends that took advantage of his naive and gullible nature without the poor boy even realizing it.

Around the time he entered high school, his parents started to have horrible financial troubles. Alex started working odd jobs in order to help out; but the family just kept falling more into debt. Two years later, they were at the end of their rope and that's when a deal was made between his father and his real parents. His parents were hesitant to sell off their only son; but he wanted to help them so he convinced them to let him go. To this day he doesn't know why this rich guy wanted to secretly take him in as his pretend real son. He even resembles his new mother enough to look related and they handled the story as to why he wasn't revealed to the public until a year ago. So far, no one knows the family secret.

His new father always treated him like a loving and kind father would. That's probably one of the reasons he will do anything for the man. One might wonder how nice the guy would be if Alex started to rebel for some reason. Are there dark secrets behind it all? As for his new mother, she seems to be more for appearance really. He hardly ever sees her and she can't seem to honestly take him in as her own: not that it really bothers him.

Now he is the legal successor of Clark Financial. It's the company that his father runs. They pretty much control everything. The company even has a hand in the smaller companies: of course the masses don't know this. Sure they know that Clark Financial is the most well-known and respected company of it's kind; but still. There is only one particular company that might stand in the way of their future goals; but father has a way to deal with that.

Likes:snowy weather, chocolate, red roses, expensive jewellery, leading
Dislikes: annoying indiviuals, insects, the sight of blood, children, and overzealous individuals
Habits: If she sits in one place for too long with anything that folds, she makes them in origami shapes, regardless of the strength of the objects.
Bio: Chey is the daughter of famous celebrities who have had her in the spotlight early in life. She has a bratty and vindictive nature which would show when she is extremely moody. She is on board because of her next role in a movie she was the lead in.

Bio: While his parents were not very well off, they had just enough in their family to sustain a relatively comfortable living. While Jakin does okay in school, he doesn't really have the money to attend college nor is he very interested in learning. After he graduated high school, he took a job away from home and settled into his own condo.

Kalyan xxxxxxx Certified Manwhore xxxxxx I'm on a boat, insert swearword

I don’t care what you think

Kalyan looked up at the cruise ship with a small amount of wonder. This thing, this monstrous metal beast, made in a year, painted and primed, decked out in its very finest like a fat matriarch at the king’s ball, was the dump he was going to live on for the next few months.
The youngest son wrinkled his nose, but covered the action up by adjusting his sunglasses serenely on his face. No need for the peasantry to see his discomfort; this was supposed to be the finest ocean liner that this continent had to offer.
Frankly, Kalyan would rather be discovered skyclad, riding a donkey in some third world country.

The Lady Luck she was called, the name painted on the side of the ship in looping gold letters, as if she could be anything else. Perhaps this was a good omen, for luck rhymes with something.... less savoury, which he would not repeat to small children or people with delicate sensibilities. To Kalyan she seemed to wallow in the water like a pregnant hippo, lolling around in the choppy waves that a stiff breeze was blowing into the harbor. The longer he stood here, the less he wanted to board the infernal thing.

He looked around nonchalantly, as if looking for someone. Truth be told, he was scouting the crowd for potential ...conquests..., if he was going to be in forced exile on this boat, he might as well have some fun.
It wasn’t as if his father could send him any further away. He had sent him to the other side of the continent, for goodness sake, but it seemed that the technological tycoon could not have his disappointment of a youngest son far enough away from him.
Kalyan suppressed a childish pout. It was not his fault that he had been caught, his contacts had assured him that he would not be able to be found out, and that if he was, he would gain a slap on the wrist at best. But then things had gone wrong, the police arrived, and all that blood was really going to send his dry cleaning bill soaring sky – high.
No matter. It was all in the past, and Daddy’s money had once again come through for him and bailed him out before he set one foot in the police station. Corruption was sweet, a beautiful disease that had roots in just about every organization. It was the noble ones you had to look out for; you could almost predict their unpredictability.

The boat’s horn sounded, a great, deep bellow that reminded him of a very fat man’s fart. Such a noble vessel, he thought, smiling to himself. Placing his gloved hands nonchalantly in his pockets, the second son strode through the crowd towards the boat, parting the crowds like Moses parted the red seas in the bible. He liked that analogy; it made him seem god-like, a feeling he was not going to feel for a while. Trapped at sea, cut off from his father’s money, adrift in the world with only a few hundred of his best outfits, one servant and half of a million dollars. How was he going to stand it?

As long as it’s about me.

Not all monsters.....

User Image Sibel Bennet
The Klutz

I can't even walk straight on land,
how do you expect me to live more than an hour on a rocking boat?!

For most people, a cruise on the open ocean in one of the most luxurious ocean liners of the continent would mean relaxing, romance, and fun. Sibel was not most people. She was here on business only; although to her work was fun. There was a power with knowledge that she liked and here she would gain barrels full of it.

Sibel stood, arms folded, her mouth pressed in a stubborn line while she waited for her driver to retrieve her luggage from the boot. There was no way that she would lug those bags all the way to the boat with her track record of balance. As she waited she let her gaze wander around, surveying the large ocean liner, the Lady Luck, and the people that congregated on the wharf beside it. ‘The boat will suffice’ she thought, though she much preferred to stay on dry land where she didn’t have to worry about the added hazard of the surface she was standing on wobbling and rocking like jelly. Her biggest concern was being able to preserve her life and the small amount of dignity she had by staying vertical.

Finally the diver was ready and they made their way over to the crowds of people. She held back at the edge of the crowd while she waited to board, not willing to be a part of the throng that ebbed and flowed just like the currents of the water, only louder and more obnoxious. Instead she picked out faces she knew. One face stuck out like a sore thumb, it was that of the youngest son of the tech tycoon of the family name Elwood. The son was a hedonistic and spoilt brat with a taste for the sadistic, but handsome. He had pale features and dark hair that framed his angular face, but there was a hint of cruelty to his mouth and his artificially red eyes. He was a large profit waiting to happen but a dangerous one.

She made her way around the crowd, not bothering to fight her way through the mass of tightly packed people, until she was close to the boat. The sea sprayed up to the slow drumming of the waves as the large boat bumped against the padded edges of the wharf. A deep, drawn out drone was the horn that signalled for them to board the boat and she impatiently stepped onto the moving gangplank, wobbling in a heart stopping moment of fear. She recovered her little balance though, and regaining her composure, boarded the luxury liner and moved to the front of the boat, using the rail for support.

....Look like monsters.......

Alexander Clark
The Naive Successor

Alex arrived at the dock a few minutes early. He was one to be early or on time; but never late. It's not because he tried to be like that: he's just always been that way. Now that he is an important person, that simple trait will be a good thing. After all, being late was normally looked down on in society. Of course he wouldn't know any of that: he was a bit clueless after all. Right before it was time to load all the people up, he heard his name being called out. The blond looked up to see his fiancee running up to him with her free hand waving wildly in the air and a big grin on her face. He gave her a small smile and wave in return.

His fiancee, Rebecca, was a petite thing with long wavy auburn locks. She had creamy white skin and beautiful emerald eyes that always seemed to be full of life. The girl seemed to be happy with the arrangement even though they were both only seventeen: not to mention the fact that they haven't known each other for very long. Sometimes he would wonder if she was really just hiding behind that smile of hers: maybe she didn't want to get married like this. He probably wouldn't think of such things if he wasn't doing the exact same thing. Alex was nice to her and treated her like a princess. They both acted like any young couple might; without the crazy fireworks. It's not like people would say madly in love forever...right? The blond didn't even know what love was: what it felt like or anything. Was romantic love the same as the love you feel for your family?

It didn't take them long to situate themselves on the cruise ship. Since they were some of the ones that got on earlier: it was easier. In fact, they were even on before the man that parted the sea of humans: so he totally missed that little dramatic entrance. Not that he'd think much of it. This was the soon to be married couples first big trip alone together. Its main purpose seemed to be for them to get to know each other better. Of course there would be some influential people here as well; so doing business was also on the agenda. Alex was to make sure that he spent most of his time with his fiancee though. She was his most important person after all.

The two didn't share a room, their parents didn't want anything unnecessary happening too soon. It was a bit of a mute point though. After all, they were technically alone on a boat since they didn't really know any of the others. Little did he know; someone was there to keep an eye on him. Of course Alex wasn't even thinking about having some fun under the covers with his fiancee: never crossed his mind. It's not like they had that kind of relationship yet. Rebecca could have different thoughts on the manner though. After he helped her "move in" to her living quarters; they parted ways. The girl was eager to look around the magnificent boat. It didn't take him long to reach his room; after all, the two rooms were close but not too close.

Alex looked around his room to make sure he got everything. Then he walked over to his bed in order to let himself fall face first into the comfy mattress. "Ah..." was the only sound that escaped him as he lay there for a moment before rolling onto his back. After a few minutes, he realized that it would probably be a good idea to observe who was actually coming on this trip. There had to be at least one other person of importance floating around. With a soft sigh, he stood up slowly and adjusted his tailored outfit. Alex tied his golden locks into a low ponytail again in order to mask the fact that he was rolling around in his bed. Then he was off.

He didn't bother looking around the whole ship like his fiancee was most likely doing. Instead, he made his way up to the main deck. Alex wanted to be outside when the boat set off: he knew there would be others there as well. A small excited smile graced his features as he felt the wind pick up: almost as if it was trying to tell them it's time to go with a little heavenly push. The blond rested a hand on the railing to peered down at the water below. Even though he left his room to find out who else was on this journey; he hasn't bothered to look at anyone. What a silly boy.

Paige threw her bag down on the floor her lower deck room on the ship. She was tried. She had to carry her bags to all the way to the other side of the ship and then down to the lowest level. She was tired and in luck, she did not have to work for several hours. She leaped onto her bed and she closed her eyes. She was to tired to get out of her uniform. She squirmed to get comfortable and slowly drifted into her thoughts. This was her home for the next couple months. She was used to moving from one place to another, never really settling down. It kept her life interesting. It would be boring if she had to say in one place all the time, though this trip would have her in this cramped room for the duration of the trip. She wasn't very optimistic...... She flipped over and put her face into a pillow at the thought. "I might as well get some rest now. I'm sure work is going to be hell."

PASSENGERS, PLEASE NOTE

The Lady Luck is now setting sail. Anybody who wishes to view this mighty cruise liner leaving port is advised to make their way to the deck and wave farewells to any family members on the docks. There is a slight breeze, but the sun is still shining and it's only four o'clock in the afternoon! Enjoy the sun while it's still out!

Thank You,

Captain Fitzpatrick

Turning a blind eye to her publicist who was bidding her farewell, the young actress pushed her way through. Having to lug her expensive bags of even more expensive clothing and being late in the process was not Cheyenne's cup of tea. She had over slept, under packed, and in a clear mood which would signify her distain with human contact. Finally aboard the cruise liner, the lovely young woman cringed. There was a man who was undoubtly disgraceful among plenty others. This cruise and its people had better be worth the her future emmy award. (Sorry, I can honestly do better.)

Jakin stepped out of his house, pulling his luggage behind him. It had been a long week and he needed some time to clear his head. After a long argument with Diana, the couple have agreed to take some time away from each other. Originally, they were going on the cruise trip together. However, Dianna flew home yesterday to attend to her sick father and Jakin decided to follow through with the vacation anyway in order to get away from everyday life.

With a sigh, he loaded his luggage into the trunk of the taxi parked in the front waiting for him. In all honesty, he is really looking forward to the trip. It would be a good time to just drink and kick back, maybe meet a couple of people. For the most part, life has just been burning him out lately, and he needed to think about whether his relationship with Dianna is going anywhere. His boss has also been giving him a hard time lately, and it was all he could do to hold onto the low-paying job. If only...

-----------------------------------------------------------------

As the ground below him shook, he looked to the harbor for the last time before descending to the lower deck, where he found himself bunking along since Dianna was gone. Storing his luggage in the closet, he locked the door behind and made his way back up to the top deck, looking for the closest bar. Time to get a drink and get the trip started off the right way.

((Do we have like a floorplan?))
