In it's newest incarnation, I was able to see when my own tank was glowing! I bumped my own tank, and attempted to booty grab myself. redface I was not successful because the tank stopped glowing, and I'm on dial up. But I did get as far as the tank completely loaded to play.
Go to World. Drop down to Gaia Labs. Activate Booty Grab Glow Indicator.
Once activated there will be a button that says 'glowing' when that person's tank is glowing. There will be the button that says Quote, the button that says Tip Post, then if the tank is glowing the button that says Glowing, then the button that says Report Post. Button DOES NOT WORK in guild posts. Only Forum type posts.
Some people are turning off the ability to see aquariums in signatures for faster page loading. I leave mine up because the last time it didn't work in guilds (still doesn't, and I booty grab mostly in guilds), and I want to see what type of fish are glowing. But it does help when pages are slow to download because of all the stuff people put in their sigs. (Like hundreds of blinking red lights blaugh )
