Quiet
If there is one thing that Tobias has ever been fairly adamant about, it's that his thoughts and feelings are his own and that he prefers to keep it as such. Prying him on any issues is likely to make him more moody then usual and is ill advised. It isn't to say that you can't coax anything out of him.. It's just not exactly an easy task. However, his lack of interest in conversing with others can make him a rather attentive listener... Assuming he feels what you have to say worth his time.
Territorial
It would be wise to keep in mind that, "what's his is his." Be it things, people, Pokemon or land. Challenging this may wind your a** chewing the leather of his boot. Where exactly this stems from could be a number of reasons; from being a dominate pack animal, to issues caused by separation anxiety due to the loss of the members in his pride. What ever the case may be, he is ready to defend "his property" tooth and nail.
Loyal
Although it may not be the most simple thing to obtain, if you somehow manage to gain his respect, you will have his loyalty till the end--or at least till he thinks he can beat your a** into submission. It really depends on the method of which it's acquired. Being a Pokemon bound to the rules of hierarchy, Tobias firmly believes that the strongest person or Pokemon is in charge and will fallow their orders without question.
Even harder to gain.. is his loyalty through trust or affection. This is a incredibly hard concept for Tobias to wrap his head around for it contradicts his beliefs and opens him to potential weakness. The idea bending the rules for causes he's uncertain of makes him uneasy to say the least. However his hidden desires for the love that was never bestowed upon him growing up may leave him subject to temptation, clinging to whoever he has. This may also account for some of his possessive behavior.
Aggressive
Throw a punch, he'll throw a car. Tobias is very much a strong believer that power rules and violence resolves. Because of this, Tobias is more likely to beat you into a helpless, bloody whelp of flesh and agony then try to talk things out. So, if you're wanting to negotiate, be prepared to pay with your blood.
Brave
It's safe to say being fairly aggressive in nature, that Tobias is pretty quick to stick his neck and confront what or whomever is in his way..... Despite the odds of his battle being a success, giving it his all till the very end. This goes double if to defend someone or something he feels strongly for, perhaps due to his possessiveness.

However, this did not come without any repercussions; finding himself dressed in a plethora of wounds, some of which never entirely healed--but, Tobias wore them proudly as badges of his endeavors and as time went on, Tobias would find pleasure in these constant battles.
With his new found love of war, it was not long before Tobias evolved into a Luxio, granting more strength and possibilities to aid in his assaults. But, this new power also presented Tobias with a new problem...
He was perplexed at the adornment bestowed upon the lionesses for their accomplishments but never him... Why..? He never understood they were held with such approval. He was stronger then any of them, and knew it well. Still, no one ever gave him a second glance, especially not with his father around.
Frustrated, but not discouraged Tobias would only try harder to become strong and to achieve the same level of praise and acknowledgement as his sisters. However, his hard work was ill met...He would receive the attention he so longed for...Just not in the manner he ad hoped. As the dominate male in the pride, the luxray responsible for siring Tobias would also be the one to banish him from his home as he could not allow Tobias to potentially become a threat for leadership.
Tobias would grown to find the taste of defeat most bitter...And even more so at the hands of his father. Of course being the prideful creature he was, Tobias would never willing concede. So, fangs bared, the luxray engaged in battle with his son and made sure that he would not return; severely brutalizing the luxio. Along with the fight, Tobias lost his home, family and everything he may have once cared about. Even his mother did not give him a second look... They all just fallow along with his father...
In the wild... Power is Law.
His lust for power had betrayed him. However as far as he new, it was also the only way to correct the situation. If he became stronger, no one could defy him and no one could take away what was important to him ever again.
