Ok you create a topic in this forum with your name and rank, or if you are applying for that rank. You MUST use the skeletons provided. So there is little confusion about peoples powers/abilites, etc. etc. Also if want anything that is not apart of the skeleton you must talk to me first.

Rules on kido/cero

You cannot fire off cero after cero, balas maybe((if you are an espada)) but not cero. And captains cannot use more than 3 high level kido within 10 posts. Just a general rule I want people to follow. And no kido above 89...... including all forbidden kido.
