 Long, long ago Earth was slowly becoming a desolate, uninhabitable planet. And the Earthlings knew it. It was not only home to earthlings but to other intergalactic species as well. What cause such a massive decay of an entire planet? Why the people living on it of course. And although humans and aliens all banned together their technologies, not even that could save it. The damage was far too great, Earth and the people on it were doomed.
In knowing that they would not survive The Council, decided to instead find a different way for their spices and the knowledge they've collected through the generations, to survive.
A single massive ship was all they would have time for. A single Ark to harbor all of Earth's couture and knowledge and well as its' people, both native and extra terrestrial. However the trip through space would not allow any survivor's, their only hope was to send genetic samples of themselves up in space, where they would grow, and learn form the Artificial Intelligence built in the ship.
It took priceless years, but once all was in place, hundreds of people looked up to see the last survivors of their race sent out into the blackness of space.
Its been more then a thousand years since then and now the crew is awoken prematurely to face a threat to the ship, before their memories are complete.
Their mission:
They must come to terms with each other's differences, the dangers face beyond their ship, the realization that they are clones, and their ultimate destiny to save their race.
But do they have what it takes to make it home? Or will they allow their differences to destroy them.

Information on New Genesis Ship: Named "New Genesis" for Greek 'Rebirth', it's symbolic of the sense that the ship is delivering the people to their planet. Computer/Hologram: The main command control of the ship is called "Gen" short for Genesis. She can take any form of the crew's wishes, and often changes appearances and clothes every time she's activated. Some crew may find her appealing while others may find her odd. She is able to have multiple conversations at once with several different people in different areas of the ship. Structure of the ship: Neo City:  It is a Large City in the center of the ship. It is the recreational area of all to gather and live like one would on an earth-like atmosphere.

The Station's lights flashed red in tune with the alarm that blared in the Pod-Bay, most* of the pods were forced open ejecting it's occupants far prior then they were ready.
Although groggy, foggy headed, and all having little to no memory of who they were, they all became very aware of their occupation, quickly going to work.
Soon the captain and crew of the ship com to realize, the Station was headed right towards an asteroid belt!
* Characters in the medical profession must remain in the pods until after the asteroid belt crisis is over. Keep in mind, knowledge of medicine need longer to download.

Ran4O was still a little groggy when she woke up. She saw what they were headed for instantly and respond immediately.
" Don't worry I can navigate though this no sweat"
She got behind her desk examining the situation.
" Captain evassive action is need immediately. I'm sending you coordinates of where we need to go."
With that Ran4O sent the coordinates and continued making calculations.. This was a rude awakening indeed.

Steven awoke in a daze. The pod slid open and he stumbled out. He looked to his left and right and all he could see were more pods identical to the one he had just exited. He didn't know much but he did know where his work station was. He headed up to the main deck. He noticed the navigator was already in position. She looked a little young, but if she was assigned here she must be one of the best.

*The pod belonging to Usher Eight Theta hissed open and the security chief slowly stepped out after getting his bearings. He checked his surroundings to make sure the ship wasn't under attack. Usher couldn't remember much more than his name and his job...and how to do it.
He quickly donned a uniform and wrist mounted infoscreen. He used the the infoscreen to access the ship's current status and choked in disbelief. The security chief was supposed to be one of the first to awaken and someone had delayed it! In fact, NO security officers were awake!
Fuming, Usher set about waking up a security team. The men and women under his command stumbled from their pods and dressed. Usher stood before them and began to issue orders.*
We've awakened late. I don't know how it happened and right now, I don't care. But we have to make sure the ship is secure. I'm sorry, I don't remember all of your names and I don't have time to learn them. You and you....you'll come with me to secure the armory. You and you...check the brig. You and you....security office check the ship diagnostics for damage or any intruders. Go.
*Usher and two of his officers followed him towards the armory. He checked in with the bridge on his way.*
This is Lieutenant Commander Usher Eight Theta, chief of security and tactical officer. Who's in charge of the bridge?

Serene Six Delta's eyes slowly fluttered open as her pod's doors hissed open. Stepping out she asked the person next to her.
"Who are you?" They shook their heads looking confused.
Serene stepped forward again looking at her reflection in the glass touching her face, asking in a hushed tone.
"Who am I??"
Her sudden moment of self realization was put to a halt when the alarms of danger sounded loudly in her ears.
"Time for action!" Quickly running as she got dressed she demanded of the computer. "SHIP! Direct me to the Bridge! NOW!"
* A HOLOGRAPHIC PROJECTION OF A WOMAN APPEARED BEFORE HER *
"Hello, Commander Serene Six Delta, You are needed on the Bridge immediately."She spoke calmly and with little to no emotion, although she was very polite,
"I know!" Commander hissed sharply.
"I apologize for the rude awakening of you and your crew, I was forced to eject you prematurely do to a crisis."
"What is the crisis?" Serene almost shouted above the sound of the alarm.
"The ship is headed threw an android belt I am unable to maneuver through on auto. I am in need of your assistance."
"Take me to the bridge!"
"Fallow me." With that the holographic projection disappeared back into the ship, lighting the way to the main command center of the ship. With in moments she was there.
"Alright people as you can see, we've got a slight situation." She spoke clearly, and with command.
So, she nodded to each on the bridge, memorizing their faces, however, she couldn't remember their names.
The Ship chirped signaling it received Ran Four O coordinates.
"Please brace your selves, initiating evasive maneuvers."
"In 10."
"9."
"8."

Steven was a little upset. He knew very little at the moment, but what he did know was his job, and that he was only to be awoken if he was needed for some reason, and as far he could tell he was of no use in this situation.
He was going t ask why he was here, but the young navigator and the commander seemed to have their hands full at the moment. There was however another women on the bridge. She looked somehow less real than the other two.
He attempted to tap her on shoulder, but his hand simply passed through her. "Excuse me, but what is going on?" He asked.
"Hello. I am Gen. I am the ships AI. You have been awoken due to an emergency. Sorry for the inconvenience. When the crisis is averted you should be able to return to your resting states."
Steven was still a little confused. He was a communication specialists and as far as he could tell that had nothing to do with the asteroids. If was was going to die in a firey crash he would rather have done it in his sleep.
"Yes, but why wake me? I can't help with this"
"One moment while I look into your inquiry." She flickered on and off. "Sorry there was an error when awakening the essential crew. All crew in your section were activated along with the needed personnel. Sorry again for the trouble." Gen turned her attention back to the commander.

Ran4O was confident in her skills as a navigator but yawned loudly. She still felt tired... Oh no! Did she make a mistake? Ran4O was able to avoid the ship from hitting some of the large asteroids... but the smaller ones. There was no way of avoiding everything.
' Captain even some of these smaller asteroids can cause huge amount of damage to the ship. I've managed get us around several of the larger items and while we will be able to make it though this I do believe it's best for us to prepare for impact."

Steven didn't have much time to react after the young navigator had given her waning. The ship shook shook. The projection of Gen flickered along with the lights.
"Maybe a little more warning next time" He said as he regained his balance.

Chris Powell This is Lieutenant Commander Usher Eight Theta, chief of security and tactical officer. Who's in charge of the bridge? "Lieutenant, this is Commander Serene Six Delta, I'm in command until someone thinks they can do better." She unnecessarily snapped back at him through the communications devices in the computer. She nodded at Ran's comment then demanded form the computer. "Computer! Hold shields at 100!" She spoke back to the Lieutenant. "Sir, I suggest you and your people braced yourselves." The ship shuddered for a few moments while the shields held for the most part, protecting the ship and its crew. "Everyone alright?" She asked once it was all over, and the belt had passed. "Lieutenant Commander Usher? Computer. Report."

*Usher snarled back at the Commander.*
Doing my job. Someone delayed waking the security teams and myself. I am currently securing the armory in case their is a hostile presence on board. I have a team checking the brig and another in the security office. Are we under attack?
*Hmph. This Serene Six Delta didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. He hoped a more experienced office would wake up soon.
The armory was secure and Usher grabbed a phasic pistol and directed the two security officers with him to hand out weapons to the rest of the team.*

"With out it's people, Mr. Usher, the weapons are useless. You should have protected it's people first."
She shook her head, this guy was just as a grouch when awoken as she was, she could for see a problem. But that was neither here nor there.
"And We were not under attack, we were headed towards an asteroid belt, That is why we were awoken prematurely, and with out memories."
"Our computer can fill you in more."

Ran4O continued checking the computers.
" Computer analyze all ship damage"
" Analyzing... Analyzing"
Ran4O held on to a stuffed Hello Kitty doll as she waited for the computer to give her status report.

Excuse me, Commander, but regulations state that I secure those three locations first. Don't tell me how to do my job and I won't tell you how to do yours.
*Usher sneered. This girl was over her head. She didn't even know the security regs when coming out of The Sleep. On top of that, she didn't seen to care. Disgusting.*
I will join you on the bridge shortly. Usher out. Computer, download the ship's current situation and Awakened crew to my infoscreen.
