Woods of Korinth
The woods cover most of the land. As the forests climb up the mountains, the trees become shorter, and thin. On the ground, the forest is dense, and thick, the trees grow tall enough to block out sunlight in some areas. Some parts of the forests are all deciduous, but others are mixed in with great old coniferous trees. In the midst of the forest is the great Korinth Lake, and beside it, the tomb of Akoraia, and the first castle built on these lands.
