I'd really like to learn to be a mangaka, I'm not too good at drawing manga, I draw chibi short comics.

Manga Art starts with the study of the human body and Anatomy. Draw a bit from real life and also buy a book on how do draw manga. I have a good one that I always look to I'll put the name and Arthur in the Useful books topic

I looked up the book you said, yeah, it looks okay, sorry, I don't like how to draw
books. Lol, I'm sorry, I don't want to seem arrogant, I just don't like doing all the
circle's. O<-< all of them start to confuse me and I can't seem to do all of them
and still get a good picture in the end.

Then just draw just concentrate on your real life drawing once you know what something looks like in real life you will be able to translate it into a cartoon or manga drawing.

I know what you mean. I always thought they were stupid and refused to draw them for years. But eventualy I tried it out and it has improved my artistic skills Greatly. I know it's a pain, but I think it would be a good idea to try them. Although, there are many great artists that never use them, so it's completely up to you. ^__^

I have a problem drawing pannels. Actualy the pannels themselvs are fairly easy if you have a ruler, it's drawing those tiny pictures inside. It's hard to get detail in and I find that I slack off when It comes to drawing tiny pictures into pannels. My art looks worse inside them. sad
