The world lunatica takes place on is called for a lack of a better name and lack of creativity Lunatica and Luna for short. The world has 3 primary powers.

1. The Dragons - The pure blood dragons yes they look and act like your typical Dragons we all know, They Fly the use breath attacks based on there element and they can even talk and are VERY intelligent. Most confuse them for Dragoons sense they can take human form as well but they can be tould apart easily cause of there eyes. The Dragons have there own hiearchy as well

1.Elders (VERY VERY powerful and very old and wise)
2.Sage (Alot less powerful then a elder but still very powerful and wise)
3. Welps (Basically new borns and dragons only a few hundred years old they have some power but nothing compared to sage lvl this is were all players will start unless asked otherwise) They tend to work as the steeds for the Dragoons unable to transform yet and tend to work with them in pairs even after they learn the ability.

They have there own society as well and tend to live seperated by the elements that govern them and in climates and areas that fit these. They Rarely interact with humans openly and if they do it is never in there dragon form. Dragons obviously can use magic but are limited to there birth element.


2. Dragoons/ Dragon Priests - Humans with the ability to take the form of a Dragon (though alot smaller in size and weaker in power) There main purpose no matter what sect of the order you are apart of is to seek out those under the protection of the falcon and protect them for they are the key to the goddess. They have less of a hiearchy as much as a base job one is assigned to based on your abilities.

1. Dragoons (The warrios of the group and are trained from the age of 4-6 till the reach 21 in the art of War, Science and Religion. Most high leve dragons can completely transform into there dragon form but till they reach that level and pass there rite of passage they are allowed to only transform a select part of their body into its dragon form. There job after they reach the level of Knight is to seek those blessed by the falcon and seek out and kill any who would harm it espacially those cursed by the wolf)

2. Dragon Priests (Cant Transform and tend to be the scholars and leaders of the order, but are very adept at magic and politics. Many towns and villages that are under the Orders control our controlled by Priests)


3 Humans - Doesnt need much explenation here. Humans can be really anything ranging from Warriors to Blacksmith to Magi (you get the hint)


Now there are two things that need to be asked before you make your character one. one blessed by the Falcon and one Cursed by the Wolf. There are verying levels of this and depending will control your power and abilities and your ability to transform into your set animal.

Falcons - Seens as children of the goddess, have the ability over life and are great with any form of magic. most cannot take the form of the falcon but those that can are seen as direct descendents of the goddess and are hunted and protected by the Order

Wolves - Really seen as more of a curse then anything... Have no real power other then what they have learned themselves. Likes werewolves when they transform they become rapid and slaughter all in sight. There are exceptions to this, those who can keep control and even transform at will. Transformed there power and speed and senses grow. Rapid wolves will take a more humanoid look while those in control will look no diffrent then your average wolf sept alot bigger (Though all wolves are hunted viciously for this reason)


Other then these simple guidelines on the races and parts of them the world is open and free to your interripitation. Just do not go nuts and try to stay within the bonds of what would seem obvious in the lore i have given.
