PERSONALITY Despite often being shown with a playful smile, Itaro is seemingly apathetic to the suffering of others. Itaro is not averse to disposing of those who get in his way and is not easily intimidated, usually speaking to others in a very direct and arrogant manner. He cares little for others, and simply considers people to be "toys" or "tools" he can sacrifice in order to get what he wants. However, despite claiming that people are just toys, he seems to tolerate both Taida and Horu, and even protects them when need be, though he does not directly do so in front of them. He is also very biploar when he is about to begin battle or if he dislikes something. So far the only people he has ever shown his good side to are Horu, Taida, and his partner Gluttony.

BIOGRAPHY From what everybody knows Itaro wasn't technically born. At least nobody thinks that he was. Ever since he was young, Itaro always freaked out his ninja peers with his tremendous power. Even though his jutsu were very basic he still had a way of making people cower in fear when in his presence. Itaro has no real history, only that he was found by police force one night after he appeared within a flaming house within Amegakure. The house was said to be abandoned but nobody really knows if he was actually living there or not.

Even when he was young, Itaro had always displayed the sin 'Envy'. He was constantly jealous of other children who had families, toys, and powerful jutsu since he practically had nothing to live for. He was bi-polar, switching from a happy and joyful youth to a hateful and feared demon in only moments. He would get into fights a lot at local playgrounds, steal toys from other kids, and even threaten to murder their families.

Nobody had believed Itaro when he spoke of hate or sadness towards them. He was young and all they did was toss him aside into the mud, crushing his self-esteem even more than it has already. He couldn't take it anymore, he wanted it all to end quickly but he couldn't bring himself to commit suicide. Instead, he began training to show everybody in his village that he could achieve and obtain things he never had.

The years rolled by and eventually he set out on missions like a normal young shinobi. However, he didn't know that his life would be affected so greatly by the first mission he ever performed. Out on his first mission, Itaro and his squad were ambushed and he was taken away. Taken far away from Amegakure he was tortured for information even though he had no knowledge of his village. He also began covering his right eye with bandages after the shinobi implanted a sharingan into his body. Giving him an ocular power was their mistake, he had always wanted a sharingan and now he finally had it, without knowing what was going on Itaro unleashed his Kekkei Genkai and used his new eye to destroy his kidnappers. After being missing for over three years he finally returned to his village only to be hated even more than before. Everyone in the village was under the impression that he betrayed his squad and fled, he was treated as an enemy of the village.

Filled with anger, he began to rob citizens of their valuables. Murdering families, stealing their belongings, and even copying their ninjutsu with his sharingan when attacked. He wanted everything to be his and his alone and eventually he left and joined Tasogare.

APPEARANCEMost of the time Itaro wears dress outfits unless he feels as if he doesn't really want to. Of course he wears his Tasogare outfit but he wears formal clothing whenever he finds the chance. He always has his hair in the laid back and lazy hairstyle and sometimes has a mass of bandages or his headband strewn across his left eye.
STRENGTHS & WEAKNESSESItaro has an odd mentality where he wants everything that his opponent values. This is his strength and one of his major weaknesses. While in a battle he sometimes gets distracted by the enemies belongings, this causes him to want the battle to end quickly so that he can steal all that the opponent has to offer. When it comes to jutsu and other powers, he loves his sharingan. However, due to the fact that he wasn't born with it, it takes a large amount of his chakra to be able to use it for a considerable amount of time. He often has to rest for a couple days after using the sharingan.

When fighting alone he uses Taijutsu and adds some ninjutsu in the mix to conserve chakra.
He is very light footed and likes to fool around with his target until he sees a need to activate his Sharingan and become serious.

Water Release: Air Bubble
Requirements: None.
Description: After a single handseal is made, user can carry a bubble the size of his hand, meaning he can carry air for himself or another, which is used once the person breathes in on it, however, it leaves the hand unable to use handseals. Two bubbles can be carried if the user wises to it.

Water Release: Water Trick
Requirements: None.
Description: After forming a few handseals the user concentrates chakra in his hands. The user combines his chakra with oxygen and moisture to produce a small amount of water (A few drops). This technique is devastating while giving a wet willy or even bursting an overfilled water balloon.

Water Release: Hidden in Water Technique
Requirements: Water source to hide in.
Description: The user blends in with water to be undetected by the enemy, similar to the Earth Release: Hidden Among Rocks Technique.This technique is usable even in water as shallow as a puddle.

Lightning Release: Lightning Cycle
Rank: E
Requirements: Friction.
Description: After the user performs a few hand seals and rubs his or her hands together the user concentrates chakra in their hands. After enough friction is created the user exerts the chakra while touching someone to give them an amplified static shock.


Wind Release: Divine Wind Attack
Rank: E
Requirements: Paper.
Description: A technique that does not require hand seals, the user folds paper into the shape of a plane (paper airplane) and throws it. With the help of wind chakra they can guide it towards a target. This move does no harm whatsoever except for the occasional paper cut, but if an explosive is placed in the folds it can be deadly. This ability doesn't require the use of hand-seals.

Requirements: None.
Description: After forming a few hand-seals and concentrating chakra in the users mouth the user blows air through his mouth and exerts chakra. The result is a steady stream of air coming from the user's mouth. This technique works fairly well when trying to blow at someone's hair or simply have them smell your bad breath.


Body Replacement Technique
Requires: Object for replacement switch
This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack. Exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. The anime has a number of other objects being used for this jutsu, such as a boulder, mud, a scarecrow, and even a large rolled-up carpet. These items are usually nowhere in sight, suggesting that they are merely gags meant to lighten up the situation and not an actual part of the jutsu. Additionally, the normal practice of switching places with a section of log is done in several places that have no such thing anywhere nearby.

Cloak of Invisibility Technique
This jutsu allows a ninja to take a cloak or a piece of cloth and blend into an object, making them invisible.

Clone Technique
This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones do not have shadows and will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

Rope Escape Technique
A basic jutsu taught at the Konoha Ninja Academy, this jutsu allows a ninja to free themselves if they have been tied up. How this is done is unknown.

Transformation Technique
This jutsu allows the user to transform either themselves or another object into the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Konohagakure Ninja Academy, and most shinobi know this jutsu. The transformation technique is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts mental strain on an inexperienced ninja. Thus the best way to determine if it is indeed a transformation is to cause this strain upon the user; though this is of course not always successful

Shadow Clone Technique
Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the actual person even by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance.


D-ranked

Underwater Breathing Technique
Requirements: None.
Description: A fairly simple water manipulation jutsu, this technique provides the ability to breathe underwater for a maximum of fifteen minutes. This ability doesn't require the use of handseals.

Water Release: Cleanse
Requirements: None.
Description: After the user forms a few hand seals they concentrate and convert a small amount of chakra in their eyes into water. The small amount of water causes their eyes to tear and rid themselves of any irritating substances like sand or powder.

Water Release: Poseidon’s Anger
Requirements: None.
Description: After performing the set of handseals, all water sources nearby begin to ripple and progressively get worse until they begin making violent waves, vicious currents or both. This jutsu is not an attack as such but makes moving about in water (such as Suimen or Swimming) almost impossible because of the effects.

Water Release: Sight
Requirements: None.
Description: The user is able to see light without it being bent by water. This allows them to see through a mist, or to the bottom of a pond.

Water Release: Bubble
Requirements: None.
Description: By placing one hand on a source of water and injecting chakra into it, the user of this technique forces bubbles to form (just like a bubble bath) and form around the area of the user in order to block visibility. The height and width of this bubbly mess depends on how much chakra the user puts into the jutsu with a greater amount of chakra creating a larger area of effect. In addition, the dampness of the bubbles soaks into clothing for anyone who ventures into the area of effect and therefore may lead to damp clothing which limits maneuverability.

Mist Blower
Requirements: None
Description: This technique doesn’t require any hand seals. The user places their hands to their mouth, and after doing so, blows out, creating a wide stream of rapidly traveling mist. This mist, like the hidden mist technique, completely obscures sight however it covers a much smaller area. As a result, both the chakra demand is lower, and in the hands of a capable user can be used to block the sight of the target without blocking one’s own sight.

Water Release: Black Rain Technique
Requirements: None.
Description: This jutsu creates a flammable black mist that forms a small cloud. The user can then move the cloud above their target and disperse it, covering the target in flammable oil.

Water Release: Large Projectile
Requirements: None.
Description: The user is able to attack with a giant blast of water by spitting it as a strong stream from their mouth.

Water Release: Water Drowning Technique
Requirements: Water source.
Description: This jutsu will gather a large amount of water to form a large spiralling stream of water. It can be guided to strike a target in a number of angles. It doesn't have much power, but can be used to soak the enemy for whatever purpose.

Water Release: Water Wave Palm
Requirements: None.
Description: The user raises his hand into the air and emits a continuous jet of water to strike the enemy and disrupt his attacks. Due to the nature of water, this technique works especially well against smoke-based attacks.


Lightning Release: Thunder Clap
Rank: D
Requirements: None.
Description: The user creates a massive clap of thunder overhead that is designed to intimidate the opponent or at least make them frightened enough to force an opening (i.e. jumping at the sound). An alternate use of the jutsu is to mask the sound of something else moving, which may be useful for stealth etc. When used by one who has mastered this jutsu, it can cause a temporary deafening of those near the user

Lightning Release: Static Shock

Requirements: A metal object.
Description: By focusing chakra into a metal object, the user can supply the object with a small charge that will cause a static shock to the next person who touches it; this applies to the user as well. This shock will be strong enough to cause a sudden jolt in the affected.

Lightning Release: Lightning Tip

Requirements: Metal bladed weapon.
Description: The user guides his Ration chakra to settle a small amount of chakra at the tip or tips of a wielded electricity-conducting weapon. The chakra causes that area to glow with a yellow gleam and leave a trail of yellow light as it moves through the air. That tip will cause a very mild electrostatic shock to skin other than the user's that comes in contact with it. This does not require the use of hand-seals


Wind Release: Wind Pressure Impediment

Description: The user goes through a relatively long series of hand-seals, and then places his palms flat on the ground. He then guides his Fuuton chakra through the soil and creates cavities of high pressured air between him and his opponent. As a result, if anyone steps on those hollow spaces, their balance is disrupted and they blow up with enough force to startle or trip them and create an opening.

Wind Release: Wind Pulse Attack

Description: The user performs a few hand-seals first, and then inhales thoroughly. Afterward, Fuuton chakra aids the user to exhale and shoot out small pulses of wind bullets from their mouth. The projectiles are a few inches big and have a light green color. Though they're nothing serious, they can be quite annoying pain, especially when aimed at the face or upper limbs.

Requirements: None
Description: When the need arises the user can burst Fuuton chakra from their body in order to stop their movement completely in all directions or even just one. This can stop you from moving momentarily while falling, or even catch an enemy shinobi off guard as they blast past you while in pursuit.

Wind Release: Trick Palm

Requirements: Long Sleeves
Description: The user hides a weapon in their sleeve, and upon attacking with that hand, uses fuuton chakra to pop the weapon forwards. This by itself will barely cause any damage, but by catching the weapon, the user can gain a quick surprising sting to add to their attack.



C-ranked

Hidden Mist Technique
Requirements: None.
Description: A ninjutsu technique that covers the area surrounding the user completely in mist. Once used, there's practically no visibility within the area of this jutsu for both the user and their enemy. This is a perfect situation for someone who trains in the art of silent killing.

Water Clone Technique
Requirements: None.
Description: This is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out attacks on its target. Also, elemental clones can think, but only on the rudimentary level, and the concentration for their jutsu needs to be maintained by the user. When this clone disperses, it reverts into a splash of water.

* Special Notes *
- Each bunshin takes 1/10 of your chakra pool to make.
- Bunshin can only travel a moderate distance from the user
- Bunshin have 1/4 the power of the user. This includes weapons, items, powers, speed, reaction speed, etc.
- Elemental Bunshin can perform taijutsu, non-elemental jutsu, and elemental jutsu of its own element that the user knows. Note however, that an elemental clone only has as much chakra as the user gave it, and some of it is used to maintain the clone. Attempting to use a jutsu the clone no longer has enough chakra for will cause the bunshin to burst without the jutsu being performed.
- Will disperse after a single hit or upon the user's command.

Water Body Flicker Technique
Requirements: None.
Description: The user will be able to disappear from their previous position with a splash of water and reappear elsewhere. The distance they reappear to depend on the amount of chakra they choose to use, though they must travel more than 2 miles, and know exactly where they are going. This jutsu is only to be used outside of a battle, or to leave a thread entirely. This jutsu is only to be used outside of a battle, meaning you can't start a battle with it either.

Water Release: Violent Water Wave
Requirements: None.
Description: After forming the needed handseals, the user will expel a strong jet of water from their mouth at their opponent.

Water Absorption
Requirements: Water.
Description: Certain Suiton jutsu require water, this jutsu allows the user to absorb water for future use for a single jutsu whatever the rank is. In other words, the user has to charge his body with water before fighting, and during the battle the water reserved by the technique will serve as a source for a single jutsu execution only.

Water Prison Technique
Requirements: None.
Description: This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This jutsu requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself.


Lightning Release: Electrical Enhancer

Requirements: None.
Description: This jutsu uses low voltage electric jolts that are emitted from the chakra of the user in order to amplify the damage caused by any hand to hand attack the user has made on the target by simply sending voltage currents against the nerves of the target.

Lightning Release: Lightning Wire Shock
Rank: C
Requirements: Any kind of electricity-conducting wire or chain.
Description: This is a technique where the user attempts to conduct an electrical shock through a wire reaching to his target. Though this could be done at a lower rank, only this class of difficulty allows the user to create enough effect for a harmful electrical current. This jutsu does not require the use of hand-seals.

Lightning Release: Electric Wave

Requirements: None.
Description: The user prepares for this technique with a set of hand-seals before attempting to send a circular planer faintly-yellow electric wave from their midsection expanding in all directions. The wave is basically to ward many enemies off, since it's painful to be touched by, because it stings many times.

Lightning Release: Magnetic Hands
Rank: C
Requirements: None.
Description: A technique that does not require hand seals, the user's hand would become magnetic and they would be able to draw up silver, coins, jewelry, etc. This jutsu is powerful enough to be used to attract weapons up to as large as a fuuma shuriken to the user's hands, though there is still the danger of being cut by the weapon if the user isn't used to catching weapons in flight. A skilled user of the jutsu is able to use it to only slightly alter the path of a projectile, making them miss the user without having to catch them. This ability does not require the use of hand-seals.

Lightning Release: Optic Nerve Disruption

Requirements: None.
Description: This technique is like the full paralysis except it has to be in contact with the hand to the targets eyes and it basically screws up the nerve impulses for the target's eyes for a little while. If it's messed up or not finished it results in the target being blurry eyed for a minute or a few minutes, if done correctly then it blinds them for a little while.


Wind Release: Wind Bridge Technique

Requirements: None.
Description: This technique was developed as a quicker way to give or retrieve an object at crucial moments in a given range. By focusing on an object and then using ones chakra and performing a few hand-seals, they will form a small ball of wind around the object in an attempt to lift it. At this point the object can either be gently carried over, or the ball can be dispersed sending the object flying. The stronger ones mastery of wind is, the heavier the object(s) can be taken. Most commonly used for small blades, kunai, shuriken either retrieval, or even a surprise attack. However note that this jutsu can't be used to freely move around a weapon in mid-air. It can only make it return to you, or send it flying in a random direction.

Wind Release: Wind Needle

Requirements: None.
Description: After performing certain hand-seals the user will accumulate chakra into their mouth. With enough chakra control the user can spit out senbon-shaped wind projectiles. If it hits the target it will give them decent-sized cuts. The range of the wind senbon is lower than that of a regular one.

Ankle Push
Rank: C
Requirements: None
Description: A gust of wind comes from the user, directed at an opponent. While it cannot knock a person over it can hinder movement and possibly make a person "slip" on the air.

Like The Wind
Rank: C
Requirements: None
Description: The user sends bursts of fuuton chakra to their feet which explode outward on impact with the ground, giving them an extra push off with each footfall. This gives them increased speed. This technique does not require any handseals.

Wind Release: Wind Fists
Rank: C
Requirements: None.
Description: A technique that does not require hand seals, the user makes punching motions towards target. Using the wind the target will feel blows of wind hit their body and be pushed back, halted or hindered. This only works at max 10 feet away. This ability doesn't require the use of hand-seals.

Wind Release: Rise
Rank: C
Requirements: None
Description: The user blasts fuuton chakra straight towards the ground, allowing them to leap amazing distances. They cushion their landing using a second weaker blast.


B-ranked

Water Release: Rain Summoning technique
Requirements: None.
Description: This is for use in areas with little or no water. The object of this jutsu is to bring water to you. By performing a number of seals, and focusing ones chakra into the ground, water within a given area, depending on ones chakra strength and water control, will be condensed and begin to form clouds. Once this is complete the clouds then proceed to the selected area, causing a down pour bringing the water to the user. There must be at least some water in the immediate area, and this technique does take a while, so it is hard to bring a sufficient amount in a short time, unless one has the element of surprise.

Water Release: Water Manipulation Technique
Requirements: None.
Description: A defensive water jutsu, the user must perform handseals and mold chakra in order to draw a thin wall of water to coat their body, which isn’t visible. The jutsu can defend against weaker fire jutsu, keep the user cool under extreme temperatures by using chakra to constantly keep the water cool, and makes some forms of weapons (slicing type of weapons) and occasionally kunai slide off the armor. The jutsu of course is a constant drain and uses up a lot of chakra to maintain.

Water Release: Water Wall
Requirements: None.
Description: This jutsu gives the user the ability to create a defensive wall of water through doing a string of hand seals. The wall may be blown out as jet of water from the user's mouth that forms into a barricade or even gush out of the ground. However, it's more usual to use a source of water to make this technique less draining.


Discharge Lightning Calamity Technique
Requirements: Cooperating Lightning user (if user is a Water user) OR Cooperating Water user (if user is a Lightning user) OR both Water and Lightning elements.
Description: A collaboration jutsu used by a water release user and lightning release user. The water release user uses their release to create a large puddle of water. The lightning release user uses their release to electrocute the opponent, causing an explosion. If the same ninja uses both elements, this attack can be quite slow, as the user needs to create the puddle and then electrify it after he or she does so, leaving the user well open to attack.


Water Release: Great Excavation
Requirements: Weapon.
Description: The user coats their weapon in water, and forms it into the shape of a drill. After drilling the opponent into the ground the water spreads out into a tsunami that drenches the battlefield.


Water Release: Stormy Blockade
Requirements: None.
Description: This technique allows the user to summon a massive amount of water from the sky, crushing it into the opponent. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in an instant.


Lightning Release: 10-Hit Combo
Rank: B
Requirements: None.
The jutsu consists of few punches to the foe until striking the foe into the air with a Lightning Release infused uppercut then jumping above the foe with amazing speed and punching away at the foe until finally striking the foe down into the ground with Lightning Release infused blow to the stomach.

Lightning Release: Live Wire
Rank: B
Requirements: None.
Description: The user sends a visible line of electricity that travels along the ground from the user to an opponent, controlled by the user at a considerable speed. This gush if electricity can only travel to as far as 10 meters.

Lightning Release: Zap Beam
Rank: B
Requirements: Electricity-conducting weapon or Raiton-tuned weapon.
Description: The user performs a series of hand-seals. Wielding his weapon, the user drives it into the air towards his target emitting a beam of electricity currents with the diameter of less than a foot directly at the target.


Wind Release: Grand Blast
Rank: B
Requirements: None.
Description: The user sends out a powerful explosion of wind, which can easily level almost an entire area as well as reflect sound based attacks directly back to their source. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame, making it stronger and more damaging to the target.

Wind Release: Wind Burst
Rank: B
Requirements: None
Description: This technique isn't so much as levitation, as it is granting the user the ability to seemingly jump while still in the air. Concentrating energy into the feet, the user must create small air bubbles which when bursting will push the feet up causing bursts of movement. Of course, other strong winds can cause the user to go in different directions from what was intended.

Wind Release: Invisible Wind Blade Technique

Requirements: Any kind of metal-made weapons.
Description: This wind technique can only be used with a form of weapon. Touching one hand to the weapon in use, it becomes infused with the power of the wind for a matter of minutes. Upon direct contact there is no difference but with every swing, stab or slice the actual attack range is 1 foot more then that of the weapons made of wind which can cut through stone and some weak metals. This technique does not require hand seals.

Light as a Feather

Requirements: None
Description: The user creates a sphere of fuuton chakra around him/herself that assists in lifting the individual enough to reduce their weight by half. This sphere also provides some protection from weapons.

Wind Release: Bullet Rush
Rank: B
Requirements: None
Description: The user completes the required hand-seals. After gathering an orb of chakra to their palm, they point it towards an enemy. The orb will split into 25 smaller arrow like projectiles which dart forwards (at great speed for the rank) in the direction that the palm is pointing in waves of 5 at a time. Their piercing ability is greater than average projectiles.


A-ranked

Water Release: Sea God's Rage
Requirements: Large water source.
Description: The user fills the water with their chakra and raises their arms. The water will grow turbulent and several massive twisters will blast upwards, spinning with body grinding force.

Water Release: Water Barricade
Requirement: Water source.
Description: A Suiton ninjutsu technique where the ninja uses already existing water and raises it around them in a circular barrier, utilizing a special handseals of placing the right thumb-up fist into the left palm. Only extremely powerful ninjas can use this technique without available water.

Chakra Detecting Rain
Requirements: Suiton: Ame Yose no Jutsu.
Description: The user creates a downpour of rain over a wide area. The user's chakra is still connected to the rain and can detect all disturbances in it. This can be used to locate objects or persons being struck by the rain.

Grudge Rain
Requirements: At least four users - all users require Water Release and prior knowledge of the jutsu.
Description: This technique requires a various amount of users. After a single hand seal (Dog), the users create a large storm cloud, which in turn produces rain. The large amount of rain then turns into a large wave of water and sweeps the enemy off their feet. While the targets are trapped in the water, their chakra will slowly be drained away.

Water Release: Water Sky Convergence
Requirements: Ground water.
Description: This jutsu enables the user to control water and moisture. It can be used to block most incoming attacks, bind or drown opponents, and shape the water into various attacks, allowing the user in conjunction with the Summoning Technique to allow water-based summonings to fight in areas that it normally need water to move around by either trapping the target in the same water or maneuvering the water to allow the summing to chase the target. It is able to extract and utilize groundwater, and as is very effective most areas, but useless in rocky areas.


Wind Release: One With the Wind

Requirements: None.
Description: This jutsu allows the user to blend in with the wind. This won't make in entirely invisible, but just a bit blurry. The user will also be able to move at a faster rate than normal.

Wind Release: Wind Blade
Rank: A
Requirements: None.
Description: A ninjutsu technique where the ninja creates a whirlwind blade around their arm with chakra. The blade slices through almost anything and cannot be easily blocked, as it is said that "nothing can stop a blade of wind." This would mean that even weapon labeled as indestructible or unbreakable would easily be sliced through by this move. This technique does not require hand seals.

Wind Release: Wind Fortress
Rank: A
Requirements: None
Description: A technique using chakra to engulf the user’s body in wind, deflecting physical attacks and certain elemental attacks will be bounced as well. The downside of this jutsu is that it uses immense amounts of chakra.


Shadow Clone Technique
Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the actual person even by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance.



S-ranked

Water Release: Water Encampment Wall
Rank: A (if performed with water source) - S (if performed without water source)
Requirements: Water source (optional).
Description: This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. The wall's strength and resistance change following the quantity of chakra poured down into the water, so a skilful shinobi will be able to build a sturdy one. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source.

Water Release: Snake's Mouth
Requirements: None.
Description: This technique allows the user to generate a spinning column of water which will take the form of a snake with a gaping jaw. This snake can twist and follow its targets and swallow them. After it has swallowed them, it turns into a river that carries the enemy away.


Wind Release: Serial Waves
Rank: S
Requirements: None.
After performing a single hand seal the user then inhales and takes a deep breath and exhales several blades of wind as they move their head around.

Wind Release: Great Balls of Wind
Rank: S
Requirements: None.
After performing two hand seals the user launches a large, explosive bullet of wind chakra from their mouth at their target.

This jutsu causes the opponent to see six copies of the user that all detonate simultaneously.

Double Vision Technique
Description: This is a simple genjutsu that causes the opponent to see doubles of everything.


D-ranked

Genjutsu Release
Special: This skill is not available at character creation for Genin unless they are of the Genjutsu Specialist.
Description: A jutsu that destroys/cancels out an illusionary jutsu attempted on the user once it is recognized as an illusion. With very powerful shinobi, Kai may be performed without handseals.

This genjutsu requires the Sharingan and eye contact to be activated. The illusion traps the victim in a dark empty space where their body is made of paper that burns from toe to head while the user is watching. The technique will make it harder for the target to move properly.


B-ranked

Demonic Illusion: Mirror Heaven and Earth Change
Rank: B
The user decrypts a genjutsu that has been applied onto them and casts back a technique with identical effects onto the opponent. It's a form of illusion reversal, but in order to instantly read through a technique and cast it in return, the Sharingan's power is necessary. As genjutsu is initially used to confuse the enemy, this technique, which sends it right back to its caster, deals a high amount of mental damage, more than anything else.

Demonic Illusion: Shackling Stakes
Rank: B
Firstly, this technique requires the use of the Sharingan. The opponent is caught in the illusionary world created by the user, and the victim will be tormented with the sensation of having spikes driven through their limbs, taking away their body's freedom. At the same time, the physical pain accompanying the illusion reveals the greatest use this technique has is primarily for torture.

I do not have any summons and I am currently working on the custom weapons but I am having trouble coming up with the RP samples.
