Description---It's a large tower with many intersecting parts. It is in the middle of the village. It has one middle part that touches the ground with a door and is about 20 feet high. When you enter you go up stairs. about 10 feet up is a door to your left and right. Both ways lead to libraries, admission offices, storage units, and such. Another 5 feet up there is a door straight ahead that leads to a large room filled with weapons, armor, illegal weapons, kunai, tags, and such. The very top is the Mizukage's office. You will either find him here or in one of the many libraries.

This is the Mizukages office. If you need to see him. Please remember to knock first.

En Sabah Nur

油女一族

It had been a couple hours since Nur had appeared in the village. The young child had entered the village in hopes to become a shinobi of the mist; seeing it the only adequate place in his father's eyes due to their ruthless reputation. Sent out from the lands of the Wind, Nur traveled past the massive ocean to get to the village of the Mist. Carrying a large backpack crating all the things essential for him to survive in the wilderness during the lengthy travel it takes to get up the mountain where the village nested.

He was garbed in the usual clothing that most Aburame seemed to adorn themselves in. A large white cloak that seemed two sizes too large for the lithe child, while clean white bandages covered his arms, legs, and half his face in a nice and neat wrapping; leaving only the upper half of his baby-ish face exposed and those piecing yellow eyes that he was blessed with. Nestled in the middle of his forehead and behind the mist of white bangs, was an onyx stone that to his family and religion christened him as 'deity' amongst men. One would notice without a doubt that the child was not of origin to this village; for the skin that was exposed upon his little face, was a deep caramel pigment as well as for the fact that he looked about the village as if it were his first time. His skin showed that he was on born and exposed to a lot of sunlight unlike most of the Mist individuals who held a much lighter complexion due to the watery and moist environment they held; if anything, the only reason the child took a swing of his water bottle was because of the humidity. Looking up to the highest building in the middle of the village, Nur could only conclude that it was the place that he should travel to in order to become an official shinobi. He knew, or at least hoped, it was the Kage's office or at least a building of high importance due to what his father said about his time being a guard dog of Konoha. Kages, at least what he's heard from his father, usually liked having these overly large and elaborate towers to show that it was indeed their office. Nur like his father, never understood why those people loved to so have such erected buildings, only to have them crumble to the ground during an attack. For who could blame an attacker, when you have such a lovely building for them to destroy which will then make somewhat of a monopoly affect and destroy all the buildings surrounding it; ultimately, making one strike provide the up-most damage. 'Mortals...' Nur thought to himself as he gave a mental sigh and continued to weave through the crowds that infiltrated the streets to get to his destination. Hoping that someone would receive him and instruct him to the Kage.

After about fifteen minutes of walking, he came to the large tower that had just as much of a large door before him. "You there, boy.... Do you have any business with here?" Nur turned his head slowly to the man as his yellow eyes fell down upon the man. They stayed there for a moment, as if looking at him like some unknown creature before responding in a rather softened tone,"Yes... I have a matter that I wish to discuss with him." Nur said as the man narrowed his eyes and pryed a little bit more, which technically was in his right, as the child looked back up to the large tower curiously,"What business would that be child?" He requested as Nur narrowed his eyes and turned his back upon the guard. "You mortal ask so many questions.... It is very agitating." Nur replied back with a sense of distaste in his tone as he walked over to a small patch of grass and sat down,"But I can see that with you being so reluctant to open the doors that the person I seek is not here. I shall wait then for him to return." The man blinked at the odd boy, more so for calling him a 'mortal' as if this boy was one a greater plane of existence than him. If he wasn't on duty, he'd have the right mind to slap the boy right across the face for such words! As he opened his mouth and attempted to speak, Nur's over-sleeved hand raised but his tiny hand showed he meant for the man to be quiet,"Please... Your voice makes hell seem inviting. I would like if you keep quiet less I lose more brain-cell due to the rabble you speak out." Nur noticed the man's temple showing his agitation but the child paid it little to no mind. Only waiting for the Kage to appear so that he may detach himself from the presence of these little pests.

When the minutes turned into hours, Nur started to notice that the Kage was taking his sweet time to returning. He knew they were busy but he wondered if this Kage was busy because of leisure or busy because of actual work. Hoping he wasn't falling under the domain of a leisure prone buffoon, Nur decided he'd utilize his time more wisely by training a bit. Reaching into his large satchel, the child began to shuffle through various objects to find some scrolls his father had given him before leaving. They were basic to rather moderately difficult techniques that would give him some learning in case the shinobi teachers are too inadequate.

Fishing through the depths of clothing, toiletries, packaged food he's collected during his long travel towards the Mist, he finally felt his hand grasping over a long tube. Being that even his small hands were bandages, Nur couldn't tell if it was a scroll of jutsu's or a scroll for writing; better yet, Nur could tell if it was a scroll at all if it weren't for the sound of crumbled up paper hitting his ears. Deciding he might as well pull it out, with a little bit of wiggling and maneuvering of his bag he was able to pull the scroll out in which to his much disdain was nothing more than parchment. Sighing and placing it to the side so he won't confuse himself when he starts searching again, Nur's dived his hand back into the collated pieces of his belongs and fished throughout it once more for his jutsu scrolls. Smiling as he felt another tube that felt like it could be some form of scroll, which had a higher probability of it being so with the small handles on the side of the scroll which usually was jutsu oriented, he began to pull it out from the refines of the bag. He remembered his father had given him at least three, so he might as well crack open one and see if he can't waste some of the time away by training.

When he finally pried the piece of paper from his bag and looking down at the writing on the paper, he noticed that the scroll was blank yet held some creative ideals for the Aburame Clan to follow. It must have been his father's notes on some techniques he wished to create. And though Nur wasn't that experienced, he was still quite intelligent for his sage as well as held a childhood imagination which brings forth quite a powerful combination. Reaching into the side of his backpack Nur withdrew silver plated case that looked like something that one would place their glasses in. Reaching back into his back and pulling a wide and flat book, he placed the empty scroll upon his lap as the child placed the silver plated box in-front of him as he carefully cracked it open. Within, lay a paint brush that one would utilize to paint calligraphy for people, while well a block of ink and a small slope that will help in 'milking' the ink. Taking hold of the box and grinding it against the bottom, Nur started the long process to create the ink, the old fashioned way, but at least the writing will be bolder, last longer, and look better than it would if he utilized a pen or utilized the easier method of writing with a ink-type utensil.
