This is where you will apply for a Kekkei Genkai & Clans not found in the canon. Please be creative here, don't just take bits of an original Kekkei Genkai or a Clan and tweak it.
All Kekkei Genkais must have stages, whether these are advancements in the Kekkei Genkai or just higher ranked techniques. You will not auto-know every move if you are a Genin. Also no over powering, Genin ranked techniques must be Genin ranked, likewise for S-ranked techniques. They will not godmod and there will only be one per Kekkei Genkai at the very most.
Please fill out the form in full and post it in this thread; wait until it has been approved by a mod before posting it in your customs profile. Kekkei Genkai Name: Chakra Mouth Kekkei Genkai Primary Elements: Yang Benefits: Can absorb chakra through a kiss Weaknesses: Cannot learn jutsu outside of there elements by regular means teaching,scrolls,etc..., Hair is there weak spot. Kekkei Genkai Techniques: Kiss of death, Chakra Tasting. Jutsu Name; Kiss of death Jutsu Rank: A Jutsu Classification: Universal Jutsu Description: The user kisses their target, after the kiss is made the target is unable to move and their chakra is sucked out of their body and if not stopped thier soul is removed as well. Jutsu Effect: Chakra is stolen eventually this will cause death. temporary paralsys, and the user will gain the affinity for that element but is only able to use the jutsu there target knew. Note: this jutsu is taught to all academy students of the clan as a graduation requirment to genin. Thus filling there 1 A ranked jutsu spot. You must kill the target in order to gain their chakra nature. Jutsu Name; Chakra Tasting Jutsu Rank: C Jutsu Classification: Universal Jutsu Description: The user licks the target Jutsu Effect: The user can tell ones chakra nature, even if they dont know it yet. nate: this jutsu requires no hand signs Kekkei Genkai Stages: 1 Why Should we allow this Kekkei Genkai: It's cannon but there is no information on the person who uses it because shes a filler character. Fuka of the 12 guardian ninja. I also think it would work really well with what i had in mind for my character. Also as a side not i took out the multiple bodies because it seems with both its a little to over powered. Kinda like a weaker version of the rinnegan. so i took it off.

The user will not be able to use jutsu for a few days after using this ability to its full potential. These techniques take life energy of the user and can be fatal if used for a long period of time. Also, this is an ocular power so if the user loses his eyes then they will no longer be able to use the Kekkei Genkai at all. Kekkei Genkai Techniques: The Realm of Hell, The Realm of Hungry Ghosts, The Realm of Beasts, The Realm of Demons, The Realm of Humans, The Realm of Heavens The Six Paths of Reincarnation is a Buddhist concept of the cycle of death and rebirth stemming from Hindu philosophies. In Japan, most commonly referred to as the “Six Paths". Each of these paths represent one of the realms a being is reborn into after death, determined by the accumulated karma of their past life. Not everybody can use this technique though since you must be born with the ability and somehow obtain a sharingan to be able to able to use the power to it's full potential. You do not have to be born with a sharingan to be able to use these abilities. This power is a form of reality-warping but the illusion must be preconceived before the power is manifested the physical/real world. Seemingly, Itaro can use this ability without having the illusion to appear in the physical/real world, but only in the mind. Jutsu Effect: There are no effects cast on the user. Whatever damage is done within the Genjutsu becomes real and can easily kill an enemy. This is one of the most powerful techniques in the Kekkei Genkai but can easily be used by Itaro. Jutsu Effect: If the illusions are activated for an extensive amount of time they can begin to damage Itaro as well. This ability causes minimal strain on the body, but drains chakra over a period of time. If the user does not pay attention then they can end up killing themselves or exhausting their body severely. Kekkei Genkai Stages: The Realm of Hell, The Realm of Hungry Ghosts, The Realm of Beasts, The Realm of Demons, The Realm of Humans, The Realm of Heavens Why Should we allow this Kekkei Genkai: I wanted something unique compared to the rest of the members of the guild. Linked samples by other characters are fine. I want to see your rping skill not ability to use this. Details please; how long will the person remain paralyised? How long does it take to suck out all the chakra? weaknesses also for this please - for example an obvious one would be you cannot move while using the jutsu either. Perhaps Chakra 'overload' - a possible good way to die. I'd prefer a limited time on use of others chakra; by all means you can 'steal' anothers and use the jutsu they know but for a very limited time only.

Anyone two ranks above or more will kill you if you drain all there chakra. 250%+ in one hour = chakra overload. I felt that it was kinda over powered if no one could escape after they were kissed so im giving them a dice roll every two posts there in the kiss to try an break out.
see i got a 3 which means for two more post i would still be held in the kiss. then when the next two post are up i would roll again.

Weaknesses: Its main weakness is in its strength; because of how powerful it is, and how unpredictably water can move at times, even the most skilled users of the Torrent Release often lose control of their chakra during performance, sometimes causing heavy drain even if the jutsu was initiated correctly. Its other weakness is that while it's techniques are high speed, the stronger ones require massive amounts of water if they're to be used for an extended time. Kekkei Genkai/Clan Techniques: (following this format; up to 10 techniques max) ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jutsu Name: Torrent Release: Flash Flood Jutsu Rank: C Jutsu Classification: Ninjutsu, Kekkei Genkai Jutsu Description: The user releases a high-speed jet of water in a fan shape from their mouth, sending a large wave at the opponent. Depending on how much water is used, this has the potential to slightly alter terrain. This can also be used with an existing water source, putting less strain on the user and possibly allowing more water to be used, depending on the size of the source. Jutsu Effect: Damage-causing, incapacitates the user to an extent for a few minutes after using. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jutsu Name: Torrent Release: Armageddon Jutsu Rank: S Jutsu Classification: Ninjutsu, Kekkei Genkai Jutsu Description: This infamous jutsu has had many urban legends surrounding it, some even suggesting things such as the great flood mentioned in the Holy Books of old was actually caused by a Torrent Release shinobi who wished to wreak havoc on the world. This jutsu has a very high chance of killing the user, as well as the target, and can only be escaped by flight or other means of getting into the sky. The extreme chakra drain on the user, as well as the difficulty of escape, make for an even higher chance of death for the user than the opponent. Jutsu Effect: Instant death if it hits, highly likely death for the user (Random Number from 1 - 10; must be a 1 or a 10 or the user dies from chakra over-usage. User will die anyway if no escape route is provided.) Dramatically alters terrain. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Kekkei Genkai/Clan Stages: The stages are in the learning of each different technique; it takes a lot of effort to learn how to control two elements, let alone put them to use. Jutsu Effect: This technique costs 1 rank below the users mastery of this technique worth of chakra (so if mastered up to C then costs D, if S then costs A) every 4 posts. And each stage of this technique must be mastered in order for them to learn subsequent techniques of that rank. (so for Mercury Clone to be learned the user must already have mastered Mercury Manipulation C rank). Jutsu Name: Steel Release: Mercury Clone Jutsu Rank: C- Rank Jutsu Classification: Ninjutsu/ Kekkei Genkai Jutsu Description: By creating a clone from mercury the user is able to accomplish several things. Firstly this clone is made from mercury making them far harder than that of normal clones allowing them to be excellent for taijutsu style techniques. This clone is also an excellent distraction for the user since it is made from mercury it will successfully draw any sort of lightning jutsu that are projectile based away from the actual ninja making it useful as a sort of lightning rod to protect them from their main weakness. Jutsu Effect: Creates a clone out of mercury that will not be dispersed by a simple physical attack as many clones normally would. Once the clone is dispersed however it will burst releasing mercury all over the place possibly coating the opponent or at the very least creating a collection of mercury for the user to continue with attacks. Jutsu Name: Steel Release: Mercury Binding Jutsu Rank: C Rank Jutsu Classification: Ninjutsu/Kekkei Genkai Jutsu Description: The user will once more use this in conjunction with some other mercury technique as either they will manipulate the mercury that is already on the opponent or they will manipulate the mercury very close to them. Once this jutsu has been activated the mercury will form large globs that stick to the opponents limbs and body that are almost impossible to separate. Dependent on the amount of mercury present these globs can be extremely high in number and weigh quite a bit making the opponent sluggish and practically immobile. Jutsu Effect: By coating the opponent in mercury the shinobi utilizing this technique can immobilize their opponent by causing the attached mercury to stick to their target and accumulate forming extremely heavy weights (maximum weight 200 lbs if hit with C rank and below, maximum weight 500 if hit with B rank and above) Jutsu Name: Steel Release: Mercury Bullet(s) Jutsu Rank: B Rank Jutsu Classification: Ninjutsu/ Kekkei Genkai Jutsu Description: The user will concentrate a vast amount of chakra into their mouth and create one of two things. This dragon is capable of firing a maximum of 5 mercury bullets ( or mercury bullet usages as it can fire multiples smaller bullets as opposed to just one large one) and last for several minutes after creation (roughly 4 posts) this technique does require the users hands to direct the dragon. Jutsu Effect: Creates a large dragon with which the user manipulates freely that can use the mercury bullet technique up to 5 times and lasts 4 posts. Jutsu Name: Steel Release: Mercury Shower Jutsu Rank: A-S Rank Jutsu Classification: Ninjutsu/Kekkei Genkai Jutsu Description: The user will either fire a large mercury bullet from their mouth (A ranked) or utilize the mercury summoning technique to fire multiple bullets into the air (S ranked). Why Should we allow this Kekkei Genkai/Clan: It is interesting and I believe something different (since I made all of these techniques). Chibijessikins I'd leave out the Taijutsu limit/since we don't really have 'styles' - just Taijutsu moves etc. I'd leave out the flexibility since this is a purely ninjutsu based Kekkei Genkai. The rest is fine apart from the increased learning and costing less of some moves. I'd make is consistent. You can either learn a C-rank move when you are technically D-ranked or you can use a C-rank and make it cost D-rank. Other than that I'm happy to accept.
Done and done, I have made the changes, one can only master up to their rank and it costs one rank below the rank mastered.

The rest is fine apart from the increased learning and costing less of some moves. I'd make is consistent. You can either learn a C-rank move when you are technically D-ranked or you can use a C-rank and make it cost D-rank. Other than that I'm happy to accept.
