First you must apply for approval in the thread provided, which can be found in the Tasogare subforum, conveniently titled 'Tasogare Applications'. Once you have applied, you have three days to fill out an accepted profile before you lose the reservation. It will then be open for others to apply for, but it doesn't necessarily mean you've lost the spot!
