Here is where you apply for your own brand of customs. If the species group has already been heavily covered in the anime (toads, snakes, dogs etc.), we will not allow customs for it. However, if a species is merely brushed on in the anime - turtles, for example - you may expand on that idea and create your own summoning list. There will also be no mythological creatures of any kind, such as dragons or griffons.
Chuunins must be taught how to summon by someone ranked higher, Genins cannot summon at all, Jounin and up may create and summon freely.
Limited to one kind of summon per character.
