Looks:  Bio: The ultimate ninja who is a master in all fire techniques. Tho he is still a child he has the poteintal to be the best ninja that ever lived. neji-hyuga-vs-naruto (ninja form) Name:Hyuga,neji Age:16 Jutsu:Rotation,Eight trigrams 64 palms,Eight trigrams 124 palms,Neo byakugan,Wind palms,One healing technique,Teleportation jutsu,Seal relaese, Ect. Looks: Bio:possesses the Byakugan, a dōjutsu Kekkei Genkai which grants him x-ray vision, nearly 360-degree vision, and the ability to see chakra networks. The Byakugan has a small blind spot at the upper thoracic vertebrae, a weakness of which I am actually aware of and takes extra precaution in concealing it from opponents. While the Byakugan naturally has only a 50 meter field of vision, I am able to increase its range several times by the start of Part II, to at least 800 meters. I am also noted to have a particularly strong Byakugan relative to other members of the Hyūga clan.
