In this game you shall follow the story of Nolan, a man whose only goal is to care for his loving family. All is not well, as Nolan shall become tangled in the scheme of a cloaked stranger whose intentions are shrouded in mystery. What begins with an innocent tournament shall become a worldwide trek for justice, and his quest to bring peace back to himself. Nolan doesn't face this alone as he shall be accompanied by his friends Tamra and Errol who vow to follow him all over the world of Arc, but his path takes him through many places where he will encounter a number of strangers. These strangers shall find themselves wrapped in the mystery, becoming unusual allies for our hero.
Can you unravel the mystery? Find out when old legends rise again and new legends may be born in Arcana Quest.
-removed because I took down the file-
Hope you enjoy.

Wow, I can't wait to play this. I'm going to download it after this post. smile
Edit: I'm also going to upload your files to mediafire for people who do not like waiting, if you allow it. ^^
Off-Topic: May I have permission to add your custom banner to the banner thread? (Also thank you for advertising the group) biggrin

One mistake I've already found:
The old lady that says "win or lose, i'm going to make you a great meal" etc...'s speech stays the same even after the tournament. (It might be this way with everyone in the village...) I bet you were expecting someone to go back home straight away. XD
The game doesn't really help you know where to go to be honest. D: Also...Naga. The battle drags on a bit too much.
(Hope I'm not sounding mean. )
Edit: GRAH! Is it neccasary that Every monster have poison strike? ;-; I need like 934812039812390 antidotes ;-;

This is in the vein of the old-school quick and dirty RPGs, what I consider to be a golden age for the genre. Something you can pick up, get a general sense of where you need to go and do, then finish it up within the next 4-5 hours and kick back feeling accomplished a bit. I actually put the Naga together so she would be easy if you used skills, but could take a while if you tried to muscle your way through. Never really had any issues with her, but maybe I have a minor advantage since I designed it. (though what there is to her shouldn't give me that) As for poison strike, it's a bit of a b*****d move on my part, these first steps of the game are meant to make you go buy the proper accessory that protects from poison, wasting money, then very few enemies use it later in the game. It's my own sadistic pleasure on that part. lol

I only ever needed 2 minutes to 3 minutes at most, maybe that seems short to me but long to others.

There's going to be a new version with more side-quests, some little corrections, two new areas that give insight to the plot and into one of the characters. Music has been changed, was always iffy on it so I went with more 16 bit selections due to my preference for the sound style.
So any suggestions?
