Noir's Formal Office
Generally the scroll bucket next to the desk is filled to the brim with documents that Noir needs to review. The paper on his desk is normally a calender to do list. His office is very old fashion, but it shows that he has a lot of class (having come from an upper class family he simply decorated the office with things from his former home). Normally Noir doesn't keep a lot of information in his office, and the information that he does keep in his office isn't important at all. All the important documents are kept under lock, and key at a discreet location only the lieutenant, and captain know about. Also it is important to take note of the two chairs stationed to the left, and right of the chair behind the desk. The chair at the desk is for the captain, the one to the right is the lieutenant, and finally the right in the 3rd seat. Generally when documentation is submitted that is in need of approval the three will gather, and review the request with writer in the Captain's formal office. Finally a sign outside of the office reads, "Please knock before entering".
