Organization Leader Title: The title of your organization leader both in English and in Japanese. If there is a better translation available for the title of your village leader we will find it for you.
Organization Location: A map of the ninja world marked with the location of your organization. Special exceptions will be made for organizations located in lands adjacent to the ninja world map and for organizations who's location changes.
Organization History: A 10+ year history of the organization. If the organization is younger than 10 years old, provide details about what caused the organization to be formed when it was.
Organization Alignment: The general alignment and disposition of the organization. If there are different groups within the organization who have differing alignments, please specify. Alignment can be as simple as 'good' and 'evil' or complicated, depending upon what is needed.
Organization Theme: An in-depth explanation of the theme for the organization and an action plan on how you expect to enact that theme. If possible include sub-themes in order to help clarify upon the main theme.
Organization Supervisors: Organization supervisor positions and the responsibilities that each of these positions entails either in character, out of character or both.
Organization Recruitment Requirements: What sorts of requirements that your organization is looking for in new recruits. These should be the groundwork that you use in determining which individuals can participate in activities under the banner of your organization.
Organization Exemptions: If you feel that your organization should be exempt from certain organization rules, please specify with a good explanation as to why they should be exempt. Please note that while we will occasionally grant these exemptions for the good of the story, they will be very rare and far between, so try not to be upset if your exemptions are not accepted.
Organization Additional Categories: This is where you can add and fill out additional categories as they apply to your organization. Feel free to add as many or as few as you feel comfortable with.
Organization Changes: Method necessary to make any changes to this form for the organization. This method must be agreed upon both by the organization leaders and the Village Council and will be ratified every time there is a change in the Organization Leader position.
