Do you like your parents together or divorced? Are you glad they did/are? Do you want them to be the opposite? How is your life different from those who have divorced/not divorced parents?

My parents are together and I'm glad. I mean I feel real bad those whose aren't or haven't met thier father or mother, but I like my parents being together.
Hope that didn't sound cocky.

My parents were never married...my dad split before I was born. and from what I've heard...I'm better off without him

As for me, my parents split when I was six and my little bro was 3. However, my mother of which I live with remarried 5 years ago, and things have been well. Guess my biological parents didn't get along as well as they wanted, and found it necessary for the better of themselves as well as their children. Quite frankly, I have never minded that my dad left me. Though the memory of him walking out the door will never be erased from my memory.

My parents have been married for 32 years. And my brother and sister-in-law have been married for 17 years. Long lasting relationships go on in my family.
I've been with my husband 5 years and married for 4 months.

my mom and biological dad wrent even married i was born out of wedlock. i was so young when they broke up i didnt even know my stepdad was my stepdad. eventually my mom and stepdad got divorced too and our life has pretty much been hell since then but oh well what can ya do

My parents are together, but my gf's parents aren't and I have to say, without trying to sound like an @$$, that i do prefer it that way.

My parents are divorced. Have been since I was three. I find that a lot of my school has divorced parents, so I'm not to alone. And I'm not sure if I'm glad. I don't really remember what it was like when they where together. I still see both of them as I have a really whacked(I like it) schedule in which days I spend with them. And I have a lot less money to spend than those of my friends who don't have divorced parents.

Parents have been divorced since I was 3 and I honestly don't think it would have been good for them to stay together. My father had a lot of growing up to do and it has taken until a few years ago for that so I'm glad. I still get to see him so it's not like I'm without a father.

My parents never got married... I was an accident... BUT a good one! Frankly if I had to grow up with my biological father raising me... I'd be a... well... I don't want to offend so I wont go any farther but if my mom did get together with my dad I'd be screwed.

My parents are together, they've been married for 20 years. They've never really fought since my dad always makes my mom laugh when she gets mad. I think I'm lucky and thankful for it. But I do know a lot of people with divorced parents, some don't really mind while I know a girl who starts to tear up if you ask her if her parents are divorced.

My parents are still together. As far as I know they are happy together but every time they fight they threaten to divorce. There were many times as a child where it would go so far as my father asking if I would come visit him if they divorced. They'll have been married 20 years in June.

My parents have been married for 23 years. They've only had one fight to my knowledge. (I'm 20 so they've be pretty good) My family is a little dysfunctional but I'd rather have it that way. There's never a dull moment in my family..... sweatdrop Sometimes it get really annoying.

my mom and dad are divorced, and i'm glad i live with my mom; whenever i go to my dad's, i'm always blamed for something, and i'm always grumpy...

my parents were never married but they lived together and raised me and my sis until my dad died 3 years ago. they were together for like 14 years
