Intro ✖ Rule ♪ All the countries are now humans from different countries, attending something called; College! And since they are all in College, they have to live in Dorms. That Means, Human names are used and no one can take over anyone! But there can be fights♪
While living in Dorms, they have to follow certain 'rules' to not get kicked out into the streets. So listen carefully and try not to break them;
✖ No alcohol allowed. Only on Holidays
✖ The curfew is 10 pm. If you are late, you'll sleep outside
✖ Make sure to put your names on your snacks/food in the fridge, so no one else can take it.
✖ No smoking, simple enough
✖ No fighting or any weapons! Fighting will only lead you to sleeping outside
✖ There are room inspections every Month, and if you are hiding something, it will be confiscated
✖ Relationships in love are banned. It'll only get in the way of your studying
✖ No Pets allowed
If you break any of these rules 3 times, you're kicked out!~ Please behave yourself. ♥

✘The Dorms✘
✘Each Dorm will fit two people in them. Which means, you'll have a roommate. The Dorms have two beds, two desk, two drawers and one big closet. The rest of the stuff essential to your needs, you'll need to buy on your own. You can arrange your room any way you want, as long as your roommate agrees with you. Make sure to get along, norelationships, and to not fight.
✘There are 4 floors for each year of college you're in. This means if you are in your 1st year of College, you are on the first, 2nd year, 2nd floor. And so on and so on.
✘ R.A, or Resident Advisors, are certain students that look over the dorms and other students. They are the ones that make sure the students don't break any of the rules. They try to help keep things in order if things get out of hand. NOTE; If they break the rules, then certain consequences will be put upon them.

Matthias Hansen found himself in a predicament. It was past curfew, the doors were locked (even the student pass didn't work), his breath smelled like beer, and his room mate was out. How to get into his room with out the Resident Adviser finding out that he had been out drinking was going to be a problem. Nervously, Matthias paced in front of his window which was on the first floor.
Meanwhile, Ivan was enjoying a smoke on the roof of the building. The night was clear and warm. The stars shone brightly and the moon created shadows. He reclined against a vent, took another drag on his cigarette, closed his eyes. He could hear the Danish student pace at the base of the building, the idiot. This was his favorite part of the day, especially when it was warm, and his favorite place. No one except the mechanics and Ivan knew how to get onto the roof. Many other students have begged Ivan for that information, but he refused to tell every time. There was no reason for noisy students to come up.
((Breaking so many rules at once XD. I'll be doing coloring like this when I type both of my characters in the same post, otherwise it's black with what the characters say in color.))

((Okay Aku! I added both of them.))Arthur was in the middle of his rounds, checking in on everybody. Since he was a R.A. he had to do this everynight, but he actually sorta liked it. After going down onto the 3rd floor, he saw someone out on the roof. At first he let it be, but then he saw smoke coming from him. It wasn't cold outside, so it couldn't have been his breath. Arthur knocked on the window and opened it. Then he noticed that it was that Russian that he heard about. I think his name was...Ivan? "Hey! Ivan, was it....? Smoking is against the rules!" He said, trying to sound as mature as possible.

Alfred frowned as he dragged his suitcases over to his room, glad he had propped open the door when he had visited the dorms earlier in the day. He just had to deal with the fact his key didn't seem to work with his bedroom. He was tempted to get his carpentry tools out from his overstuffed backpack, but decided against it. He would look for a dorm advisor to help him get into his room.

Ivan crushed the ember out of the butt of the cigarette before flicking it off into the forest. He turned his head so that he was looking at the British man. "I do not see any problem with smoking on the roof," he stated in his thick accent. Didn't the R.A. have anything better to do than yell someone for smoking, such as yell at the kid who was locked out of the building after being at a party.

Arthur glared at Ivan as he saw him throw his cigarette away. Didn't anyone teach him how to respect his elders or even manners? He hated how the Russian just threw the cigarette off as if it was nothing! Someone should teach him a lesson! The brit went out the window and slowly went over to Ivan. "Listen! Smoking is for the weak and useless. It's also bad for your health and can distract you from your studies!" As he leaned over towards the Russian, he noticed a blonde male pacing back and forth infront of the gate. Bloody hell, more trouble...

Ivan followed the R.A.'s gaze to where the Danish boy was pacing. "If you think smoking is bad and will distract from studies, then what are your views on late night parties?" Ivan stood up. Even though he was a third year and the R.A. was a fourth, Ivan still towered over him. Actually he was bigger than almost all the other students. "Surely it must be worse than one cigarette, da?" he leveled his gaze with the British student for a few seconds before walking to the secret door that lead back into the building.
