Personal History: Arlen and Aericel’s family separated from Devoncroix long before they were born and living in hiding was their specialty. They shut themselves out from the rest of the world but stories of the “Mother Pack” were always told from generation to generation so the family would never forget where they came from and where their loyalty resided. The family decided that this peaceful life is what they wanted for their members; it was a naïve dream that they wished upon.

When the rise of the Infected swarmed throughout the world Arlen and Aericel were both thirteen years old; considered children to their relatives and parents. The Infected discovered their location and the twins were told to flee, so they did. Their family slaughtered and taken from them filled them with anger toward the disgusting beings and the pathetic humans who created them. Arlen being the oldest was lost not sure where to go or do next, but Aericel remembered the stories of the “Mother Pack” Devoncroix. Both of them always dreamed of forging back with Devoncroix. The stories of the brave warriors who fought for their unified pack and noble Alphas excited them. There was one problem though neither one of the boys had anything to offer at the time. They were inexperienced in fighting, knew nothing about their abilities or how to unlock them, and only were taught to hunt. Despite this Arlen urged Aericel to press forward and maybe they would learn on their journey toward Devoncroix.

During their journey, about two years later, the boys were ambushed by humans coming toward them by the hundreds and the siblings did what they were taught and embraced their natural forms and fought them off with fangs and teeth, however it was not enough. The sheer numbers tired them down even though they had the will to keep going. They were captured; surprisingly not killed, but the humans were going to use them for something worse. The boys were test subjects for the humans; an opportunity to learn what gave a Lycan their astounding abilities. The boys struggled against the sharp needles, injections, blood extractions, and the chains that bounded them to the wall. Their anger and hatred built up as test after test was conducted, and their potential was finally unlocked. The scientific jail facility they had been held in for months ended in both fire and ice, and the boys walked free and proud of the destruction they brought to the pathetic species. Their year of traveling helped them unlock other abilities as well before they came across the “Mother Pack”; the ever powerful, proud, and brave Devoncroix.
